At present, "The Belt and Road" initiative creates a good opportunity for the development of the enterprises "going out". But, the cultural conflict between two countries in transnational operation is a serious problem that Chinese enterprises will inevitably face in the process of development. Construction of "The Belt and Road" initiative is a major strategic conception with China's national pooling under varying domestic and international situations.The implementation of "The Belt and Road" initiative has provided new endogenous impetus and external opportunities for the internationalization of higher education in Yunnan Province.
