This educational activity discusses several medications that are in phase III clinical trials and have not been approved by the FDA for treatment or management of multiple sclerosis at the time of publication. This list of medications includes cladribine, dimethyl fumarate, fingolimod, laquinimod, teriflunomide, fampridine, alemtuzumab, daclizumab, and rituximab.
