We report a highly efficient noncovalent immobilization of DNA fragments on surfaces by fluorousÀ fluorous interactions. The principle was applied to a simple and straightforward purification protocol for synthetic DNA. The method is completely compatible with standard solid-phase synthesis of DNA.
