The purpose of this study is: first, to review disciplinary threats made to healthcare professionals by their governing bodies in the US; and second, to review medical literature for complications related to the COVID-19 vaccines and data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), particularly those related to pregnant women and women of reproductive age. The authors also aim to bring attention to the populace, healthcare workers, and healthcare administrators that illegal and unconstitutional gag orders have been placed on all healthcare workers in the US, and to alert everyone that no healthcare worker can be trusted since they are under a gag order which renders informed consent null and void. It is our intent to put governing bodies of healthcare workers on notice that they will be held accountable and lay legal groundwork for possible Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) violations, collusion, and fraud. These potential criminal acts, exposed in a court of law, can pierce legal immunity of Big Pharma and others, and pierce any perceived immunity given to hospitals and organizations via the CARES ACT.
The area of menopausal medicine is undergoing rapid evolution as millions of baby boomers enter this life stage. This group came of age at a time when all cultural values and institutions, including the basic assumptions underlying the healthcare of women, underwent intense scrutiny. As a result, alternative approaches to everything from childbirth to menopause have become increasingly mainstream. This article gives the healthcare provider both the philosophical background and practical solutions necessary to assist the menopausal woman in choosing an individualized program to minimize her risk for disease and maximize her postmenopausal health potential by combining the best of both conventional and alternative medical approaches.

In this paper we examine HF and CKD through the lens of a new causal paradigm: as a conjoined energy deficiency syndrome whose progression is governed by impaired energy generation by the cardiovascular system leading to subsequent deterioration of blood energy dynamics. Due to the immense complexity of this topic our intention is not to go into unnecessary and laborious detail on specific cellular and molecular aspects of the syndromes but, instead, to use illustrative examples to establish overarching principles and to highlight the connection between the deteriorating energy field and all resultant aberrations. Indeed, once the energy dynamics are recognized cellular and molecular descriptions become superfluous. Our use of the term 'causal' is meant to imply that future breakthroughs in the treatment (and potential reversal) of these complex disease states necessarily entails recognition and correction of underlying energy deficits.
In this paper we examine 20th century conceptual developments regarding dementia and the NDs, from the first recognition of their clinical and pathological characteristics, through recognition of their molecular and cellular attributes and, ultimately, to recognition of their dynamic and vascular origins. We introduce a new energy based causal model of these disabling neurologic conditions that provides vital insights into their origins and necessary treatment. The term 'causal' implies that future treatment of these conditions necessarily entails recognition and correction of underlying energy deficits.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
