The Lymphoedema Framework Project (LFP) launched its best practice document in lymphoedema at the British Lymphology Society Conference in Birmingham on 2 October. This document represents a huge amount of work over a number of years in defining the care required for patients with lymphoedema and other forms of chronic oedema.

A small study of Tegagel calcium alginate dressings is described, with a discussion of the methodology employed.
