Cytoreductive Surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) results in significant morbidity and mortality and readmission. Previous studies have been limited with numbers or leak of tumor details. We analyzed a 15 year experience a total 730 Hipec procedures and the postoperative morbidity was 22.3% and mortality was 3.6% for the first month after initial operation. Complications with Dindo classification reached 39% in the first 90 postoperative days. The most common cause of delayed complications which demands re-admission was bowel obstruction and the second is rectovaginal fistulas and pulmonary embolism.
