Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) is a form of devotion, awareness, and responsibility to society. This program aims to contribute in implementations from Tri Dharma of University and  learning tools to increase the empathy and ability of the students to understand the reality and all the problems who grow and thrive in society. This report made by society 5.0 concept which uses modern technology such as internet, conference video, and any other mobile tools, for both in the implementation of the programs and the data collecting process. This report uses 2 types of data, those are primary data and secondary data. The result of this program are in form of 1 report, 2 e-books and 2 videos in regard to tourism potency and the cultivation of brown rice in Desa Balong. This program could be used for improving public’s knowledge especially for the citizen in Desa Balong in order to develop and utilize the potency and all the natural resources there refers to the scientific paper that generated by this program.

There are weaknesses in the Financial Services Authority issued POJK No. 61/POJK/2020 concerning Alternative Dispute Resolution in the financial services sector. It hampered the objectives of the regulation. A concept proposal is needed to overcome the existing weaknesses. This research uses normative juridical analysis.  This research dose on the laws and regulations that apply in Indonesia relating to the settlement of disputes in the financial services sector. This study finds a proposed concept to overcome the weaknesses of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the financial services sector. The proposed idea empowers legal culture, legal substance, and legal culture as legal system theory. This research is limited to study based on secondary data, so there is no primary data.

Purpose This study aims to provide and find an alternative solution to achieving literacy indexes and financial inclusion that exceeded the target in 2019. Design/methodology/approach This research uses a normative research type. Secondary data becomes the primary data and uses the method of qualitative data analysis. Findings The results showed that public literacy and financial institutions’ inclusion were dependent on public trust in financial institutions. The Financial Services Authorities’ (FSA) arrangement’s weakness lies in the limited scope of the FSA’s authority in carrying out legal actions against unlicensed financial institutions and the low critical power of the community in choosing a credible financial institution. Research limitations/implications Based on the research findings, results are expected to have implications for the concept of FSA’s authority. Practical implications Based on the research findings, results are expected to have implications for expanding the FSA’s authority to conduct oversight of financial institutions so that the high literacy and financial inclusion of the public can achieve public welfare. Social implications The research implication for the community is that the results of this study find weaknesses in the financial literacy and inclusion policies to find the causes of the problems and find solutions to these problems. The practical research implications are for policymakers; research results can be used as a basis for determining solutions to problems in regulations. The results of this study can also have implications for the development of a boy of knowledge in the field of business economic law, especially economic law. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, there are no researches that have similarities with this paper.

This article is intended to analyze and evaluate the settlement process for copyright infringement through court. The court is as ultimum remidium in resolving legal issues if copyright infringement happens. Changes in the nature of offenses from ordinary offenses to complaint offenses have consequences in the legal enforcement process in the event of copyright infringements. The method used in this study is normative legal research. In this study, the data is in the form of secondary data supplemented by the results of interviews with parties related to the problem under the study. The result of the study shows that procedurally the mechanism for prosecution of rights and evidences as a law enforcement based on the procedural law of the district court also determines whether or not complaints are made by the creators and in making criminal charges the creators consider the aspects of legal certainty and justice.
