Nanocomposite ceramics Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vickers hardness instrument of AlN - Mo in the nanocomposite ceramics phase structure, morphology, size and hardness of the characterization, compared with AlN nanoceramic, discusses the AlN - Mo of nanocomposite ceramics new features.
