With the rapid development of mobile and Internet technology, people can more easily understand the local tourism information through mobile and Internet technology. Online word-of-mouth has become a very convenient and low-cost way of communication, which has attracted the attention of tourism enterprises and relevant scholars. Due to the strong particularity of tourism products, tourism destinations must strengthen the marketing management of online word-of-mouth and make full use of positive online word-of-mouth. By analyzing the impact of tourism destination word-of-mouth on tourists' consumption behavior and the problems existing in online word-of-mouth marketing, this paper puts forward targeted solutions, provides a reference basis for tourism destination online word-of-mouth marketing, and provides practical guidance for tourism online word-of-mouth marketing.
The development of social economy and Internet information technology has made the development of the sharing economy relatively rapid. This article aims to study how to promote the sharing economy based on neural networks to play a role in new business models. This article proposes that the sharing economy and the new business model are inseparable. It also discusses how to analyze the relationship between the sharing economy and the new business model based on the BP neural network. With the development of the economy and society, new economic development models have developed, and the sharing economy model has risen. The sharing economy model has brought an impact to the traditional economic development model, affecting the business model. The results show that with the development of society and enterprises, the development of the sharing economy is getting faster and faster. Today, some sharing economy companies are bound to face various obstacles in the process of copying other business models and development. Sharing economy enterprises have made various adjustments and responses to various problems, but they have not found a better model to adapt to the modern social market and environment. Therefore, the business model of the sharing economy requires further analysis and investigation.
The underlying mechanism of cardiac hypertrophy has not yet been fully elucidated. The present study aimed to explore the function of transcription factor EC (TFEC) in mouse models of cardiac hypertrophy and to determine the underlying mechanism. Pressure-overload cardiac hypertrophy and angiotensin II (AngII) infusion-induced animal models of cardiac hypertrophy were established in vivo. The expression of TFEC was explored via western blotting. The results demonstrated that TFEC expression was significantly increased in the hearts of mice with pressure overload-and AngII-induced hypertrophy. Injection of rAd-short hairpin (sh)-TFEC significantly decreased the expression of TFEC in heart tissues compared with group injected with rAd-negative control (NC). Furthermore, the expression levels of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and β-myosin heavy chain (β-MHC) were increased in the hearts of AngII-treated mice; however, compared with rAd-NC transfection, transfection with rAd-sh-TFEC decreased the expression levels of ANP, BNP and β-MHC. The results from echocardiographic analysis indicated that transfection with rAd-sh-TFEC improved the cardiac function of AngII-treated mice compared with transfection with rAd-NC. In addition, the AngII-induced increase in cardiomyocyte size could be reversed by TFEC knockdown in primary cardiomyocytes. The elevated expression levels of ANP, BNP and β-MHC induced by AngII could be partially abolished following TFEC knockdown. The results from western blotting demonstrated that TFEC overexpression decreased the expression of phosphorylated AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK)/acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) but increased the expression of phosphorylated mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR). Furthermore, Compound C significantly suppressed the activation of AMPK/ACC but increased the activation of mTOR, even in primary cardiomyocytes transfected with rAd-sh-TFEC. In conclusion, the findings from this study demonstrated that TFEC was overexpressed in the hearts of mice with cardiac hypertrophy and that silencing TFEC may improve AngII-induced cardiac hypertrophy and dysfunction by activating AMPK/mTOR signaling.
Enterprise is an indispensable factor of production in the country’s economic and social development, and the operation of the enterprise is indispensable. The development of strategic operation of the enterprise is facing many problems, and the survival of the enterprise is facing serious threats. The purpose of this article is to study the method of establishing a reliable enterprise strategic management system based on GPRS wireless communication and neural network. Let the company continue to grow in a sustainable and healthy way. This article puts forward the importance of corporate strategic management under GPRS wireless communication. Strategic business management can improve the foresight and initiative of enterprises, overcome short-term behaviour, and provide a clear direction for the development of the enterprise. In the experimental data of this article, it can be seen from 2016 that the demand for talent management by enterprises is lower than that in 2019. By 2019, enterprises will have the demand is as high as 85.3%, so enterprise management development needs should be taken seriously. The error between the actual output of the network and the expected output is controlled within 5%, which shows that the established neural network has a good evaluation effect and can be used to evaluate the talents of business operators. This also shows that the established BP neural network can fully absorb the judgment experience of experts and the actual employment of enterprises. The results show that the evaluation results obtained according to the evaluation network model have certain guiding significance for the selection and assessment of employers and the self-evaluation of management talents.
With the continuous changes of society and economy, people's quality of life has also made great progress and improvement. More and more hotels appear in the public's vision and occupy a certain market share. With the rapid expansion of the tertiary industry, the result of employee recruitment efficiency is not satisfactory. There are some problems, such as no focus on the recruitment channels of grass-roots employees, unreasonable recruitment process, imperfect interview and test methods, and no comprehensive post evaluation. To solve the existing problems, actively promote the recruitment of the hotel industry from the perspective of the Chinese market, and establish an efficient recruitment system is an important work of hotel grass-roots staff recruitment. This paper analyzes and improves the problems of hotel grass-roots employees in recruitment channels, recruitment processes and recruitment and selection methods, so as to provide help to improve the efficiency of hotel recruitment. It can provide an effective reference for the domestic hotel industry in the recruitment of grass-roots employees.
