Futsal is one of the sport that begin to be popular in Indonesia. Physical condition in futsal is an important aspect because it directly aff ects athlete performance especially for speed and cardiorespiratory. One of the factor that aff ect physical condition is percentage of body fat. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between percent body fat with physical condition of futsal athletes in Surabaya. This study was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. The population were sixty-eight peoples from members of Buana Mas FC, Garuda Emas FC, Nisrina FC and Surabaya Porprov team 2019. Fifty-four peoples were selected as subject of this study by proportional random sampling method. Data collection included questionnaires for respondent characteristics namely age, occupation, education, smoking history and sports activity, and then, measurement of subcutaneous fat thickness using skinfold calliper, and measuring speed and cardiorespiratory endurance using sprint 20m and yoyo test. Data analyze used Spearman correlation test. The result of this study showed most of respondent have normal percentage of body fat (59.3%). Respondents speed mostly classifi ed as lacking (50.0%) and cardiorespiratory endurance respondents mostly classifi ed as suffi cient (59.3%). The results showed an positive correlation (p = 0.001; R=0.732) between percent body fat with speed, it was mean that the higher percentage of body fat, the slower sprint time. And there was negative correlation (p = 0.001; R=-0.639) between percentage of body fat and cardiorespiratory endurance, so the higher percentage of body fat, the lower cardiorespiratory endurance. This contradictory conclusion is due to increasing sprint time, the respondent speed will decrease while V02Max increase so the cardiorespiratory endurance will increase.
One of the benchmarks to see the ability of regions in implementing regional autonomy is to measure how much the financial capacity of a region to carry out regional autonomy in accordance with law number 23 of 2014 concerning regional government, one of which comes from regional revenue. The level of effectiveness of receiving market fees in Aceh Barat Daya District is still quite effective, with an average level of effectiveness of 63.46. This indicates that market fees have not played an optimal role in increasing local revenue in Aceh Barat Daya District. The contribution of the market retribution to Regional Original Income (PAD) in Aceh Barat Daya District is still very low, namely an average of 0.35 percent per year. the contribution of levies to local revenue continues to decline every year starting from 75.06 down to 0.21 percent in 2017
This research aims to determine the effect of temperature and duration of thermal pasteurization process in Cavendish banana juice. Cavendish banana is an abundant cultivated banana that has not been used properly, which is a climacteric fruit that has increased ethylene production after harvesting. Cavendish bananas have great potential as fruit juice. Pasteurization was carried out at temperatures of 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75 ℃ for 5, 10, and 15 minutes. Pasteurization with higher temperature and time can increase the total dissolved sugar and viscosity as well as decrease the pH value and PPO enzyme activity. The reducing sugar content of Cavendish banana juice was determined using the DNSA method with the greatest value at 55 ℃ for 5 minutes, which is 9.53%. Meanwhile, the content of phenol and flavonoid was determined using the Krishnan and Sinija method. The highest value of phenol and flavonoid content at 60 ℃ for 5 minutes, was 0.1728 mg GAE/g and 0.1583 mg QE/g sample. Antioxidant activity was determined using the DPPH method and the greatest percentage of inhibition at 60 ℃ for 5 minutes, which is 61.60%. Vitamin C levels were identified by the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method with the greatest value at 55 ℃ for 5 minutes, which is 1.1409 mg /100 g. The Total Plate Count (TPC) of Cavendish banana juice decreased after pasteurization with the smallest total number of bacteria at 75 ℃ for 15 minutes, with a value of 3.2×101 CFU/ml. Pasteurization process at 75 ℃ for 15 minutes can reduce the activity of PPO enzyme as much as 97%. In the organoleptic test, preferred level of Cavendish banana juice to all attributes of the average hedonic scale with the category of the likes.
