In the context of "the Belt and Road" and globalization, various regions in China have implemented the strategies of global development. As one of the major provinces of economy in China, located in coastal area, Shandong has also involved in them. Shandong carried out international exchanges and cooperation activities in various fields. In order to better reveal the state of internationalize in Shandong, this article based on the "the Belt and Road" strategy and the concept of internationalization, according the resources of CNKI database, to explore the situation of Shandong internationalization research through the bibliometric analysis method, and then, provide suggestions for future studies.
