САдыКов Фгбу «Федеральный центр сердечно-сосудистой хирургии», Хабаровск, Россия Цель исследования -анализ непосредственных результатов операций коронарного шунтирования (КШ), выполненных с применением микрохирургической техники и операционного микроскопа. Материал и методы. в исследование включены 62 пациента, страдающих ишемической болезнью сердца (ибС) (возраст 61,1±7,5 года). Проведена оценка клинического состояния, определена частота наступления неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий и неспецифических осложнений, изучена проходимость шунтов среди оперированных больных на госпитальном этапе. Результаты. Применение микрохирургической техники и операционного микроскопа при КШ безопасно, полностью исключает риск технической ошибки как возможной причины окклюзии шунта в ближайшие сроки после операции, не увеличивает частоту сердечно-сосудистых осложнений на госпитальном этапе и может быть рекомендовано к широкому внедрению в клиническую практику. Aim -to analyze immediate results of coronary artery bypass grafting using microvascular technique and surgical microscope. Material and methods. A total of 62 coronary artery disease patients (age 61.1±7.5 years) were enrolled. Clinical state, incidence of adverse cardiac and non-specific events, patency of grafts before discharge were evaluated. results. the obtained data suggest that use of microsurgical technique and microscope during CABg is safe, completely eliminates the risk of technical errors as possible causes of graft occlusion in early postoperative period after surgery. Moreover it does not increase the incidence of in-hospital cardiovascular complications and may be recommended for widespread introduction into clinical practice.

The study included 34 patients with coronary artery disease (age 63±7.7 years). It was studied the patency of 96 coronary bypass grafts. The advantages, disadvantages and possibilities of indocyanine green angiography for assessment of blood flow in coronary bypass grafts were established. We revealed that intraoperative imaging technique with qualitative assessment of blood flow in coronary bypass grafts using indocyanine green angiography is safe, simple, reproducible and informative procedure.Keywords: direct myocardial revascularization, indocyanine green angiography.
