Salix contains salicylates in their leaves, bark, and buds. That is why there is a necessity in elaborating microcloning propagation technologies of same genotypes which are high productive in salicin in order to create industrial plantations. The study examined the effect of 25 different combinations of BAP and NAA concentrations on the growth and development of S. acutifolia. The best results were observed on MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/l BAP and 0.01 or 0.1 mg/l NAA, and rhizogenesis on MS medium supplemented with 0.1 and 0.2 mg/l NAA. In order to study the effect of the mineral composition of basic media on the morphogenesis of S. acutifolia in an in vitro culture, DKW, GD, MS, and WPM were tested. Kn, BAP, and 2iP were compared to study the effect of cytokinins on the morphogenetic ability of S. acutifolia explants. The influence of the mineral composition of the medium on the rhizogenesis of S. acutifolia explants in vitro was evaluated on four studied media DKW, GD, WPM, and MS. Each medium contained 3% sucrose, 0.6% agar-agar, and 0.2 mg/l NAA. As a control, MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/l NAA was selected.
The article presents the results of experimental studies of the micro landform of the cutting area surface as a source of perturbing continuous oscillations of the sprung and unsprung masses of the logging machine. The substantiation of the expediency of studying the microprofile of forest support surfaces in the framework of this work is presented. The characteristic of the objects of the experimental study of the micro landform is given. A new measuring complex and the procedure for measuring geometric parameters of irregularities and slopes of the forest support surface of vehicles were proposed. The justification of the number of measurements in the planning of the experiment is given. As a result of data processing after approximation, normalized correlation functions and their approximation coefficients for the studied types of forest growing conditions were obtained. The obtained curves of normalized correlation functions have a decreasing character, which indicates the presence of a strong correlation on a small section of the length and differ in the steepness of the decline and the distance of the correlation, which varies from 1.8 to 11.6 m for different sections. The obtained approximation coefficients quantitatively characterize the perturbing effect of the irregularities of the natural surfaces of cutting areas of various types of forest growing conditions on the movement of logging machines.
Nowadays improving the methods of anaerobic processing of organic waste is an important topic in the development of biogas technologies. Different articles suggest different options to increase the efficiency of biogas plants. The use of catalytic heaters in biogas plants makes it possible to increase the efficiency of their operation. To study the features of using catalytic heaters, a scheme for the functioning of a biogas plant with catalytic heating was developed. The experimental studies with the use of the designed biogas plant with catalytic heating was carried out. Experimental studies of the designed biogas plant with catalytic heating showed the applicability of the proposed technical solutions for the catalytic heating system.
In this paper has been presented a system model for environmental and economic activities of the regions’ road-transport complex, supplemented by a model for the impact of fuel filling stations on the state of the natural environment. Has been carried out an information and technological substantiation for the system of petrol stations’ ecological safety on balance models. The research is based on methods of system analysis, theory of differential equations and computer modeling. In the process of solution of theoretical problems and data processing were applied information technology methods based on the CurveExpert and MathCad application programs. As a result it has been established that equations for the state of the region’s road-transport complex, compiled according to the structural scheme, include equations of rates and levels, and are a system of difference equations. In general it has been revealed that the rate of pollutants emissions into the atmosphere depends not only on the number of fuel filling stations, but also on the average annual temperature.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
