One indicator of the state’s health status is the decrease in the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). Central Java Province in 2020 the MMR is 98,60 per 100.000 live births and the IMR is 8,2 per 1000 live births. Cilacap Regency MMR and IMR in recent years are still quite high. AKI in 2019 reached 15 cases. With continuous midwifery care from pregnancy to the selection of contraceptives, it is hoped that it will be an effort to reduce MMR and IMR in Indonesia and achieve optimal maternal and child health. The writing of this final project is in the form of a case study using a midwifery process approach using 7 steps of Varney and SOAP. The results of this study were obtained by Mrs. N during her pregnancy, she was in good health, the delivery process was normal, the puerperium involution was running normally, the baby was not jaundiced and was walking normally, and on family planning counseling the mother chose a 3-month injectable contraceptive. The conclusion of this study the author has applied continuous midwifery care to Mrs. N which is marked by the mother having followed all the recommendations, the mother’s complaints during pregnancy are resolved, the mother gives birth at a health facility, the postpartum period is running normally, the baby’s condition is normal, and the mother chooses a shhort-term contraceptive method.
Background : In 2019, Coronavirus-19 (COVID-19) disease spread very rapidly and caused high mortality rate. It makes the government set the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) and run the 5M health protocol aimed at preventing and reducing transmission of the COVID-19 virus. In order to prevent transmission, people are suggested to keep their distance, wash their hands, wear masks, reduce mobility, and stay away from crowds. Objective: this study aims to determine the relationship between COVID-19 knowledge level and compliance with health protocols. Methods: This study uses analytical research design through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Results : research of 76 respondents showed good knowledge, such as 67 respondents (88,2%), good attitude as much as 65 respondents (85,5%), good behavior 73 respondents (96,1%) with the average age of respondents of 20 (65,8%). Thus, obtained the relationship between knowledge and attitude (P value 0,01 ; RR 1,64); the relationship between knowledge and behavior (P value 0,47;RR 1,57); there is no relationship between attitude and behavior (P value 0,221 ; RR 1,39). Conclusion : There is a relationship between knowledge and attitude, knowledge and behavior, but there is no relationship between attitude and behavior. It is recommended that STIKES Serulingmas students could further increase awareness and knowledge related to COVID-19. Besides, it can be implemented in behavioral attitudes of compliance with implementing 5M health protocols in daily life.
This report is a comprehensive midwifery care carried out at the Maos Health Center in 2022 for Mrs. “E” G2P1A0 35 weeks 5 days of pregnancy which was carried out from January to March from the third trimester of pregnancy, maternity, postpartum, newborn and family planning services. The documented Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are indicators to see the welfare of a nation in determining optimal health status (Prawiroharjo, 2016). The number of maternal deaths in Indonesia in 2020 increased by 8.92% from the previous year, which was 4,221 to 4,627 people. One of the efforts made in reducing maternal and infant mortality is increasing quality antenatal care, with the aim of alleviating these morbidity and mortality rates. This report is a comprehensive midwifery care carried out at the Maos Health Center on Ny. “E” G2P1A0 The gestational age of 35 weeks 5 days was carried out from January to March from the third trimester of pregnancy, postpartum, postpartum, neonate and family planning services that were documented with the application of varney management and SOAP documentation. Based on the observations of this Final Project, no gaps were found between theory and practice during the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care provided from the initial visit to the last visit.
Kehamilan, persalinan, Bayi Baru Lahir, Nifas dan Keluarga Berencana bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan secara continuity of care untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Asuhan kebidanan diberikan kepada Ny.D mulai Januari sampai Maret. Metode asuhan kebidanan pada laporan tugas akhir ini menggunakan manajemen kebidanan berdasarkan 7 langkah varney dan SOAP pada Ny.D dari usia kehamilan 39+1 minggu sampai memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB Implant pada Nifas hari kedua. Asuhan kehamilan dilakukan kunjungan antenatal sebanyak 1 kali selama kehamilan. Pada trimester III dengan keluhan sering kenceng-kenceng yang merupakan kontraksi palsu dan ibu sudah tahu bahwa itu merupakan kontraksi palsu, sehingga selama kehamilan Ny.D dalam keadaan baik dan normal. Asuhan persalinan tanggal 24 Januari 2022 Ny.D bersalin secara normal, ditolong oleh bidan dan sesuai dengan APN, bayi lahir spontan belakang kepala, jenis kelamin Perempuan, BBL: 3100 gram, PB: 48 cm. Asuhan masa nifas pada Ny.D berjalan lancar dan tidak ada komplikasi pada ibu dan bayinya juga. Pada ibu dan bayi sudah diberikan KIE selama proses asuhan dan pada masa nifas ibu sudah memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB Implant pada hari kedua masa nifas. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan kebidanan komprehensif yang telah dilakukan pada Ny.D diharapkan Ny.D dapat menerapkan KIE yang telah diberikan selama diberikannya asuhan sehingga kondisi ibu dan bayi tidak mengalami komplikasi.
Midwives have an important role in strategies to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality. Midwives are responsible for providing continuous and plenary services through health education, counseling, health promotion, and normal delivery assistance as well as early detection of referral cases by conducting comprehensive supervision, care and management of pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonates, and family planning. The author of this final project in the form of a case study using midwifery management approach using 7 steps varney and documented in the form of SOAP. The subjects of this case study were pregnant women in the third trimester, namely Mrs. D age 24 years gestational age 35+4 weeks followed by physiological pregnancy, maternity, puerperium, BBL, and family planning. The results of this case study obtained Ny. D diagnosis G2P0A1 gestational age 35+4 weeks with good circumstances, and physiological delivery. Physiological puerperium, physiological newborns, neonates upbringing and physiologically provided family planning. Comprehensive midwifery care in Ny. D found gaps in pregnancy that is less than 6x ANC examination, Tetanus Toxoid immunization is not complete. No gaps were found in the puerperium, BBL, and neonates. The conclusion from the results of this case study is that comprehensive midwifery care has been given to Mrs. D of pregnant, maternity, puerperal, BBL, neonate and family planning with the result that all care is carried out and the mother and baby are in good condition.
