Having human resources who are loyal to the company is an asset that is expected for company owners to establish the company's business progress. To get employees who have a high sense of commitment to the place where they work can be influenced in various ways. One of them is by paying attention to aspects of organizational culture, work competence, and employee motivation. In addition, the commitment instilled in employees is also able to influence in developing the company itself so that employees have a role to play in achieving company goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work competence and work motivation on organizational commitment at PT Kalbe Farma which causes an increase in employees resigning every month. The type of research used is quantitative research. With a population of employees and sampling with the Probabilty Sampling technique with a sample of 77 respondents. The data obtained from the research sample is in accordance with the statistical data which is then interpreted. Data collection techniques include observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing through t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS 26 program. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture, work competence and motivation to work together positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study concluded that organizational culture, work competence and work motivation had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on PT Kalbe Farma's organizational commitment.
AbstrakBerdasarkan penggolongan Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS), ibuprofen termasuk ke dalam BCS kelas II yaitu obat yang memiliki permeabilitas tinggi dan kelarutan rendah dalam air. Teknik dispersi padat digunakan secara luas untuk meningkatkan kelarutan obat yang memiliki kelarutan rendah.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan polimer xylitol dalam meningkatkan kelarutan ibuprofen melalui pembentukan dispersi padat dalam sediaan suppositoria berbasis lemak coklat. Dispersi padat dibuat menggunakan metode pelelehan dengan perbandingan ibuprofen:xylitol adalah 1:1 dan 1:2. Sedangkan sediaan suppositoria dibuat dalam tiga formula yaitu menggunakan ibuprofen murni, dispersi padat ibuprofen:xylitol 1:1 dan 1:2. Hasil uji difraksi sinar-X menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan intensitas pola difraksi dari dispersi padat dibandingkan dengan ibuprofen murni yang menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan derajat kristalinitas. Hasil uji disolusi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah ibuprofen yang terdisolusi selama 120 menit dan besarnya efisiensi disolusi pada menit ke-120 dari sediaan suppositoria yang mengandung dispersi padat. Analisis statistik dengan oneway Anova menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah ibuprofen yang terdisolusi dan efisiensi disolusi yang signifikan dari suppositoria yang mengandung dispersi padat dibandingkan dengan ibuprofen murni (p = 0,001). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah polimer xylitol menyebabkan peningkatan kelarutan ibuprofen yang lebih besar dan formula yang optimum adalah sediaan suppositoria yang mengandung dispersi padat ibuprofen:xylitol sebesar 1:2.Kata kunci: disolusi, dispersi padat, ibuprofen, suppositoria, xylitol THE EFFECT OF XYLITOL IN SOLID DISPERSION SYSTEM ON THE DISSOLUTION OF IBUPROFEN SUPPOSITORIES AbstractAccording to Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS), ibuprofen belongs to BCS class II which is a drug with poor water solubility and high permeability. Solid dispersion technique is widely used to increase the solubility a drug with poor water solubility. The aim of this research is to study the influence of the amount of xylitol on the solubility of ibuprofen by the formation of solid dispersion in cocoa butter-based suppositories. Solid dispersions of ibuprofen were prepared by melting method using pure ibuprofen and ibuprofen:xylitol in the ratio 1:1 and 1:2. Three formulas of suppositories were prepared using pure ibuprofen and solid dispersion of ibuprofen:xylitol in the ratio 1:1 and 1:2. The results of X-ray diffraction showed a decrease in intensity of diffraction pattern of solid dispersion compared to pure ibuprofen which indicated a decrease of degree of crystallinity. The dissolution test results showed that there was an increase in the amount of ibuprofen dissolved during 120 minutes and dissolution efficiency in 120 minutes from suppositories containing solid dispersion of ibuprofen.
