Because of the requirements of table grape logistics storage and transportation environment, a SO2 sensor node is designed based on the CC2530 chip to achieve the purpose of rapid and accurate transmission of the environmental concentration of SO2. And relevant tests were done to check the communication and monitoring performance of the node. The results can be good to meet the concentration of the environment SO2 and the design requirements.

This paper introduces the TPMS installation method and system composition, and on this foundation, a kind of scheme of the TPMS emitter based on the SP37 chip is proposed. Monitor use the microprocessor and TDA5230 chip to realize the wireless data receiving, and this paper details the key technology in the hardware and software design. The actual test results show that, sensitivity of the wireless data receiving of the system not less than -105dBm, and the system works stability when speed of car is 80 ~100 km/h.

A tire pressure monitoringsystem TPMS was designed, while realized the real-time monitoring vehicle tirepressure, temperature, battery voltage and other functions. TPMS transmittingmodule uses the infineon triad integrated module SP370 design, to achievedetection information, and transmitting to the receiving module by the wirelesstransmission. The receiving module is to accept data and process ofabnormal situation, and through the process of software to design the tyre gasleak detecting method.

TPMS hand-held diagnostic instrument to achieve the state of reading and configuration of the emitter via a wireless command, without removing the emitter from the automobile tires can complete the function of diagnostic and configuration. This paper firstly introduces the working principle of the system, and then the design of the hand-held diagnostic instrument hardware structure and software workflow is given.
