A virtual avatar is controlled based on the weighted average of two users' movements. This is the first study applying virtual co-embodiment to motor skill transfer. The current system is implemented following the work done by Fribourg et al [19]. B) Dual task: Participants draw a seven-pointed star with the right hand and a five-pointed star with the left. We found that learning dual task movements using virtual co-embodiment with a teacher enhances the retention of motor skills compared with sharing the teacher's first-person perspective and learning alone.
