Santrauka. Straipsnyje nagrinėjama tiekėjų atrankos problema. Tiekėjų atranka traktuojama kaip sprendimų ciklas, kuriam būdingos šios fazės: tiekėjų paieška, preliminari atranka, kompleksinis vertinimas, derybos, sutarties sudarymas, tiekimo stebėsena. Dabartinė šios srities situacija apibūdinta taip: didelis verslo praktikos interesas didinti sprendimų, parenkant tiekėjus, pagrįstumą, tyrėjų siūlomų tiekėjų atrankos metodų ir modelių įvairovė ir tik epizodiškas gausaus metodinio potencialo taikymas praktikoje. Padėčiai gerinti siūlome plėtoti tiekėjų atrankos sprendimų intelektinės paramos terpę. Aprašytas siūlomos integruotos sprendimų intelektinės paramos sistemos variantas. Joje integruoti ekspertinės, individualių sprendimų, grupinių sprendimų ir derybų paramos komponentai. Sprendimų turinio ir proceso parama individualizuota atsižvelgiant į tiekėjų atrankos ciklo fazių specifiką.Reikšminiai žodžiai: tiekėjų atranka, atrankos ciklas, daugiakriterinis vertinimas, intelektinė sprendimų parama. Abstract. This paper examines the problem of supplier selection. The supplier selection process has been expressed as decision cycle, which involves such phases: searching for suppliers, preliminary selection, complex evaluation, negotiations, preparing a contract, monitoring. The present situation in this field has been described in such a way: large interest to increase validity of decisions for supplier selection from side of business practice, diversity of methods and models for supplier selection suggested by researchers, the episodic character of putting into practice this methodical potential. In order to improve such a situation, we see a need to develop the medium of intelligent support for supplier selection decisions. The suggested variant of integrated decisions intelligent support system is provided. The components of expert judgment support, individual decision support, group decision support and negotiations support have been incorporated into proposed system. The content and process of decisions support have been specified in accordance with character of every phase of supplier selection cycle. DECISIONS OF INTELLIGENT SUPPORT FOR SUPPLIER SELECTION
The importance of the clothes and textile sector in Lithuanian economy is discussed and declining trends of the sector values for the economy warns about the problems of competitiveness in the current economic conditions. The main factors behind the decline in the competitiveness of the sector are provided; and directions of the development, which are associated with the intensified use of information technologies to create new competitive advantages of the sector, are analysed.
This paper is up for discussing the composed competitive situation of Lithuanian clothing and textile industry. Author concisely proposes aspects of competitive ability conception, explores the main statistical information illustrating importance of clothing and textile industry in all manufacturing and economics. Willing to accomplish a statistical data analysis of trade clothing and textile industry competitors and advantages which they have and which influence Lithuanian clothing and textile enterprises competitive situation in the local and foreign markets are presented. This article deals with discussion about Lithuanian clothing and textile industry possibilities to improve competitive situation and what main problems of industry could be solved in order to make this market more competitive.
