The article presents the results of laboratory studies of «Tektumdez» drug's bactericidal activity against Gram-negative E. coli (sh. 1257) and Gram-positive S. aureus (sh. 209-P) microorganisms as well as disinfectant activity against microorganisms of resistance groups 3–4 in laboratory experiments. According to results of tests, bactericidal dilution of «Tektumdez» against bacteria without protein at 30-minutes exposure was 1:7778,4, against bacteria with protein – 1:2024,8, at the same exposure. Protein index was 3,84, phenolic coefficient was 40,34. In laboratory experiments, test objects made of wood, concrete, iron and plastic and contaminated with E. coli, strain 1257 were disinfected with Tektumdez within 3 hours, at a consumption rate of 150 ml/m2 and drug concentration of 0,75 %; contaminated with S. aureus (strain 209-P) in 3 hours at a drug consumption rate of 150 ml/m2 with a drug concentration of 1%, and Mycobacterium B-5 at a drug consumption rate of 170 ml/m2 in 12 hours, and 200 ml/m2 in 6 hours with a drug concentration of 1 %. Inactivation of B. cereus spores, pcs. 96 on test objects is achieved by Tektumdez in 6 hours at a consumption rate of 200 ml/m2 and drug concentration not exceeding 2 %.
Bitoxybacillin is a biological insecticide whose main active ingredient is bacterial spores and cells preserved in a protein shell, endotoxin and thermostable exotoxin. The results of production experiments with Bitoxybacillin held in the Lipetsk region on the Novonikolskaya poultry farm during the period from April 25 to September 10 2021 are presented in the article. According to the results of conducted researches Bitoxybacillin preparation is effective when used in 3 % concentration when the layer thickness is up to 50 cm – 3 liters per 1 m2, when manure is accumulated when the layer thickness is more than 50 cm – 10 liters per 1 m2.
The article provides information about tests of the preparation containing spores and cells of the culture-producer Bacillus thuringiensis var. thuringiensis, endotoxin (delta-endotoxin) and thermostable β-exotoxin. The tests were carried by the method of processing of the tested drug of organic substrate (manure) in which there were larvae of various insects out in as close to production conditions as possible in the vivariums of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise and Agro-Safety of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education and All-Russian Research Institute of Veterinary Sanitation, Hygiene and Ecology – branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It was found that an average of 15-18 fly larvae of various ages and 6-10 pupae of various insects were found in a manure substrate with a volume of 10 cm3.The results of semi-reproducible studies have shown that the preparation when used at a concentration of 3% and a flow rate of 3000- 5000 ml/ m2, reduces the number of flies flying out of the treated substrate by an average of 5.32-6 times during 30 days. The treatment interval was 30 days.
