This study aims to determine the development of research with the theme E-Democracy on Government in the last ten years from 2011 to 2020. The research method uses qualitative research with literature review or literature review. Data were collected by accessing journals on Scopus and obtaining 120 high-citation articles with ten years from 2010 to 2020. Data analysis used the Vosviewer and Nvivo 12 Plus applications. The results showed that 120 journals studied E-Democracy on Government from 2010 to 2020, with the most significant contributor being the United States. Government Information Quarterly is a popular journal with the most discussion on e-democracy. This study's limitation is that the articles reviewed were only obtained from the Scopus database, so they did not have comparable data. Consequently, future studies need to use a comparative analytical approach involving the Scopus database and the Web of Sciences (WoS). ABSTRAKAnalisis Bibliometrik E-Demokrasi pada Riset Pemerintah. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengakses jurnal di Scopus dan diperoleh 120 artikel bersitasi tinggi dengan rentang waktu 10 tahun dari 2010 hingga 2020. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Vosviewer dan Nvivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 120 jurnal yang mengkaji E-Democracy on Government pada tahun 2010 hingga 2020 dengan negara penyumbang terbesar ialah United States. Government Information Quarterly menjadi jurnal yang populer dengan pembahasan e-demokrasi terbanyak. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini adalah artikel yang direview hanya diperoleh dari database Scopus sehingga tidak memiliki data pembanding. Akibatnya, studi masa depan perlu menggunakan pendekatan analisis komparatif yang melibatkan database Scopus dan Web of Sciences (WoS)
This study aims to determine the Social Service and Community Social Workers efforts to empower the homeless and beggars in Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques with NVivo 12 Plus software helps in efficient qualitative research. This research focuses on the Office of Social Affairs and Community Social Workers empowering the homeless and beggars in Yogyakarta. The data used are primary data through interviews with the Office of Social Affairs and Community Social Workers and secondary data from various documents on the empowerment of girdles and beggars. The results reduced social disparities with multiple activities: counselling, counselling, training, and policing—Office of Social Affairs and Community Social Workers. The Office of Social Affairs and Community Social Workers provide training such as screen printing, haircuts; if the beggar is still a teenager, then he is put in a youth development centre and fostered within three to four days; training activities are in the form of making various types of handicrafts. Counselling and counselling in reducing the number of beggars and homeless people in Yogyakarta have been going well. Homeless people and beggars are regulated in the Yogyakarta Special Region Regulation Number 1 of 2014, prohibiting money from homeless people and beggars.
In this study, it can be seen that the role of fellow women in supporting women to be involved in the political realm is a factor that can increase the value of women in women's involvement in politics in the Indramayu Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research by describing the findings from various literature and previous studies in answering the research results. The survey results show that solidarity among women in increasing women's political participation in Indramayu Regency comes from a sense of unity among women who are members of a young women's organization called Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama in fighting for women's rights. Friendship among women in Indramayu Regency is a form of strength between women who support politics by empowering women in the Indramayu Regency. Mutual trust among women in Indramayu Regency is an essential point in women's courage to join the world of politics. The interests that are fought for by women in Indramayu Regency are to advance women in various fields, including education, health, economy, social welfare, legal awareness, political education, and women's empowerment in Indramayu Regency. Empowering women can develop their potential and change a healthier political climate, and prepare women who are strong in politics, culture, economy, and education. This research limit is only looking at women's solidarity in supporting women's representation in politics in Indramayu Regency.
