From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Empowerment of Women Farmers Groups has not been achieved properly because the empowerment measures have not been fully implemented, including: Opportunity Measures. So that the Empowerment of Women Farmers Groups in Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City has not been achieved properly. From the explanation above, referring to the hierarchy of empowerment steps, community empowerment steps are very important to support the implementation of the Women Farmers Group in Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City which has or has not been fully implemented optimally. , there needs to be improvements and improvements in the future in order to achieve organizational goals.

Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui tentang <em>Capacity Building</em> Kelembagaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menentukan informan penelitian yang terkait langsung dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang dilakukan oleh BUMDES. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses identifikasi dan pengorganisasian data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, catatan lapangan dan sumber lainnya. Sehingga, dapat mudah dipahami dan temuan dapat diinformasikan secara cermat kepada khalayak luas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa <em>Capacity Building</em> Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Sigi diukur dari unsur-unsur kapasitas, seperti pengembangan kelembagaan, <em>Capacity Building</em> sumber daya manusia dan <em>Capacity Building</em> sistem. Using the theory of George R Terry which consists of four aspects namely planning, organizing, actuating, and supervising. These four aspects will be used in research to analyze more deeply regarding the research to be carried out. As informants consisted of: PUPR Service, BNPB, Head of Maipi Village, Head of Baloli Village, Head of Bone Village, Old Head of Bone and the Community. This study used interview techniques, observation of research locations, and documentation. Using qualitative methods with descriptive research type.
This Research aims to find out and analyze Linen Management in the Laundry Installation of the Undata Palu Regional General Hospital. The main theories that are referenced in this study are Terry's theory which includes; (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Actuating, (4) Controlling, This research method uses a descriptive - qualitative approach. The location of this research was located at the Laundry Installation of the Undata Palu Regional General Hospital, with 4 informants selected purposively. Data collection is carried out by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman interactive models. Based on the results of the research, Linen Management at the Laundry Installation of the Undata Palu Regional General Hospital is in the category of being able to be carried out according to the management process, that is from planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. Planning of work programs related to Linen in the Laundry Installation of the Undata Palu Regional General Hospital has been carried out according to the available budget both from direct and indirect sources of APBD, Organizing has not been implemented effectively by organizing human resources from recruitment to placement, Mobilization can be carried out by the leadership by directing or fostering employees to work appropriately and well, while supervision is carried out either directly or indirectly.
