AbstrakIndonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang fokus pada pembangunan dan kemajuan ekonomi. Salah satu ukuran keberhasilan ini dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, yaitu produk domestik bruto (PDB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh investasi asing, ekspor neto dan tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data time series dengan periode penelitian dari tahun 2011-2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) dengan regresi linier berganda dan estimatornya adalah software Eviews. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penanaman modal asing (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Y) di Indonesia. Variabel ekspor neto (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Y) di Indonesia. Variabel tenaga kerja (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (Y) di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Investasi Asing, Ekspor Neto, dan Tenaga Kerja AbstractIndonesia is a developing country that focuses on development and economic progress. This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign investment, net exports and labor on economic growth. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data with a research period from 2011-2020. The data analysis method used in this research is Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) with multiple linear regression and the estimator is Eviews software. The results of this study indicate that the foreign investment variable (X1) has no significant effect on economic growth (Y) in Indonesia. The net export variable (X2) has a significant effect on economic growth (Y) in Indonesia.
