Based on the r table where it is known that for N = 50 r the number is 0.361. From the calculation, it is known that the r table is 0.738 and 0361 is r table. The hypothesis is accepted that there is an influence of the role of evangelism with mortgages. on the growth of the Yogyakarta Gedongkuning Pentecostal church. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient between the X2 variable and the Y variable, it is 36% which when considered in the standard guidelines for interpretation of the correlation coefficient is included in the low category which has a significant effect. Third, the results of the multiple linear regression test obtained a table of R values (correlation) for the role of evangelism based on mortgages of 35.2%. Saul's leadership can be a reflection of the leadership of today's church pastors. This article aims to describe the failure of Saul in leading the nation of Israel and the reflection that can be built from it. Through the analysis of Saul's leadership, a constructive reflection was formed so that a leadership model was formed for pastors or church leaders. The study method is a descriptive qualitative one with a literature study approach having being adopted. The results of this study conclude that to be pleasing to God, a leader or shepherd is required to be persistent or consistent from the beginning of receiving a call to the end of life (persistent leadership). The picture of this leadership model is firm, firm in faith and a life that is not tied to worldly materialistic matters. There are three things that become the focus of persistent leadership, namely: one, being persistent in managing the vision, that is, all things in life are aimed at the establishment of the kingdom of God. Two, persistent divine interaction, firmness in communicating with God through prayer and Bible study. This is indicated by a wise life. Three, persist in carrying out the mission. True mission is self-denial, not living according to worldly values and living only for God.
Reformist leadership is a term that refers to people who have a desire to carry out an act of change that is better than before. Reformers are defined as people who advocate reform or people who support reform. Practically reform is an action that leads to change for the better. So reformist leadership is in essence leadership towards change in accordance with God's will. In this study, an in-depth study of the explanatory and confirmatory studies of Josiah's reformist approach as a model of leadership based on 2 Kings 22-23:1-30 was carried out among the servants in Batam in order to ascertain the extent to which it is infused in leadership in Batam. Josiah’s story guides Christians to a critical dynamic in the way in which people, especially leaders lead their nations. Josiah constantly sought to do “right in the sight of God. Josiah’s enthusiasm, and determination to serve God faitfhully confirmed that it was indeed possible to do what God wills fully and his actions are a role-modeling behaviour for us. Josiah’s kingship greatly influenced the people of Israel but the core of his leadership stance is also important for the actions and even the lifestyles of ministry leaders, and others in leadership roles today.

The method used is the quantitative method in the form of explanatory-confirmatory studies of the text of Luke 16: 19-31 and literature studies related to the topic of Christian life as well as examining moderate variables in the form of categories of the background of the object of research. As a result, first, the level of implementation of Christian life based on Luke 16: 19-31 among God's servants throughout Jember district is in the "medium" category (not yet optimal).
