A ocorrência de fratura de dentes anteriores apresenta alta incidência, sendo relativamente comum entre crianças e jovens, tornando procedimentos de rotina na clínica dentária. O objetivo desse trabalho é apresentar um caso clínico de fratura do incisivo central, envolvendo as disciplinas de endodontia, periodontia e dentística, onde foi possível a colagem do fragmento dental e restabelecer a função e estética.
