It will use SolidWorks to design structure of Manipulator and to establish the Three-dimensional Modeling based on automated welding robot of Shanghai Bamac Electric Technology Co., Ltd.,then by using the plug of simulation and motion of SolidWorks, it will focus on the Motion Simulation and Finite Element Analysis of the Manipulator. Finally the trajectory and the work space of the Manipulate can be received, and provide a basis of manipulator analysis in order to optimize the manipulator for the company.
Based on global distribution of solar energy and its feature, this paper discusses a review about solar energy’s utilization techniques, mainly discusses the latest development of photo-thermal and photoelectric utilization technology, which are mature and widely used. Through looking forward to the development trend of solar energy utilization from the aspects of improving efficiency, reducing cost, and diversifying utilization methods etc., we find that the utilization of solar energy resources has entered the fast track of development. In order to promote the connectivity of solar energy technologies and standards and to enhance the capacity of the solar energy industry, this paper put forward the advices on setting up an international platform for technological innovation and cooperation to make efficient use of global technological innovation resources.
The characteristic of cockpit sound recorded by CVR is the key evidence in investigating accident causes for wrecked airplane. But many factors from inside and outside cockpit affects the analysis results, especially noise. And some analysis methods (such as FFT, WT, CZT, and so on) were impacted by internal and external environmental sound in aircraft cockpit. To solve the problems, further analysis and research for typical cockpit Sound’ ICA de-noising based on blind source separation principle. Firstly, the principle of de-noising analysis based on ICA are made in details ,including blind source separation and analysis of OGWE, maximum ratio of signal to noise of blind source separation algorithm; Then, process of cabin sound de-noising analysis based on ICA is done. Research indicates the de-noising of typical cockpit sounds is identical with the de-noising based on wavelet packet analysis in Matlab; more easy and reliable for the research and analysis of typical cockpit sound.
The ground source heat pump technology has been maturing. However, related project designs are mostly following intuitive experience data, and are lack of the relationship between qualification in theory and quantitation in practice. To address this issue, this platform is devised for experimental research. Using this experimental platform, one can adjust for multiple conditions in one season, continuously record energy consumption data, and determine which mode has the best effect and lower energy consumption. Based on the experimental data, the analysis and research result can be referred by practical devising of the projects, and establish the relationship between qualification in theory and quantitation in practice, making the ground source heat pump be more energy-saving, economical and environmental friendly.
