The process of forming an autonomous region is inseparable from the spatial pattern of socio-economic life because this is a major consideration in determining regional boundaries. The relationship of social and economic interaction in people's daily lives. The problem faced is the regional boundaries, lack of attention from local governments on social life, a sense of political identity and the efficiency of public services. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyse the formation of autonomous regions needed in Sofifi city. The research used is a qualitative approach with a Spiral data analysis model from Creswell. This research was conducted in Sofifi City, North Maluku. The source of research data obtained from local governments and community leaders in the Sofifi city. Internal documents in the form of memos, announcements, instructions, rules of a particular community institution that is used within the community itself or as an institution. External documents contain information material produced by a social institution, such as magazines, bulletins, statements, and news that are broadcast to the mass media. Photos, videos, and other research documentation. Those are the condition of the discatchment area or the low reach of institutions and government officials in the Tidore Islands to the people in the four sub-districts, both in the North Oba District, Middle of Oba District, Oba District and South Oba District. This is what causes the community to have the desire that Sofifi City be immediately established as the New Autonomous Region. Those are the formation of a new autonomous region Sofifi City can provide opportunities for regional development, which is in the four Districts in the Oba region and accelerate competitiveness in the area of expansion and increase the competitiveness of the economy in the sub-districts that enter the new region formation area. Sofifi city is carried out based on 3 aspects of the structuring of autonomous regions namely spatial patterns of socioeconomic life, a sense of political identity, efficiency of public services, these three aspects are the reasons for the Sofifi City's autonomous region to be formed.
The purpose of this study is to ascertain the meaning of the literacy movement in Buru district, where the movement's stated objective is to increase human resources. The issue is focused on the implementation process, which has been underway for three years but has yet to demonstrate the program's significance and impact on the community's real conditions. The approach taken in this study is qualitative, and the number of informants interviewed will be 15. These informants will be chosen purposefully, with the understanding that respondents will be considered related parties in order to accomplish the research objectives. The research was conducted in Namlea village, Buru district, with informants that included village officials, BPD members, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives with competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the literacy movement's implementation through observation and in-depth interviews. In this research, I employ qualitative data analysis in accordance with Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the program-based literacy movement has not yet fully grasped the meaning; people's awareness of literacy has focused on participation levels but not on activities that promote relaxation, protect the brain, prevent disease, and prolong life.
This study is aims to examine the economic development of the Kalaodi community through agrotourism. In particular, this study is aims to examine the development of the agricultural potential of the Kalaodi village as an agro tourist attraction in Tidore City, and home industry development as an effort to improve the community's economy. This research use the desciptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis technique used is an interactive model, with stages: data condensation, display data, drawing/ verifiying. The results showed that the government of Tidore City did not yet have a Kalaodi agrotourism development program. However, the Kalaodi people have developed agriculture as an object of agrotourism. The business carried out by the community is utilizing the house yard as a family garden. In addition, the Kalaodi community has local wisdom in carrying out their profession as a farmer, namely farming that does not damage the forest and nature. This wisdom enriched the Kalaodi village agro tourism. The Kalaodi community also developed a home industry as a form of developing agrotourism in their village. Products of produced from the home industry are malinjo crackers and chips, souvenirs and jewelry and household furniture. Economically, the home industry business developed by the community has an impact on society such as helping the family economy.
The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between the village head and the village consultative body in Ubung, Buru Regency. The research problem is focused on the collaboration between the village head and the village consultative body in containing the spread of Covid-19 in Ubung. The study employed a qualitative approach, with a total of twenty informants chosen at random. This study was conducted in the village of Ubung, with informants including village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives considered to possess competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the partnership relationship through observation and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis under Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the village is extremely responsive in planning and implementing the management of Covid-19, making it easier for the community to be involved. The village side also adjusts to the existing conditions to carry out the control of Covid-19, specifically by conducting analysis and identification to decipher the program of activities that will be planned in collaboration with the Village Consultative Body. In the division of Village Consultative Body tasks, the village government prioritizes development sector implementation and public awareness, while the village government focuses more on-field segmentation planning.
Sula Regency is one of the regions with the lowest welfare level in North Moluccas, based on poverty indicators, human development index, economic growth, and inflation rate. The level of welfare that Sula Regency carries is within the scope of North Moluccas. Problems faced by Sula Regency are multidimensional or multi-sectoral. In order to create macro stability, challenges arise, among others, from inflation, stability of the rupiah value, growth in exports and imports, and investment. The analysis in this study uses methods or tools, namely scalogram analysis and competitiveness analysis. Based on the analysis of the competitiveness of the four scopes and each subscope studied, the economic structure for the highly competitive sub-districts is dominated by the structure of the primary industry, except for Sanana District, which is supported by tertiary industries. Sanana District, North Sanana, North Mangoli and West Mangoli have high competitiveness in trade and services which are also the highest contributors to the region.
