Plastic waste processing is a problem that almost several countries in the Asian region are unable to overcome. One of the latest innovations carried out in the field of road pavement construction is mixing HDPE type plastic waste that has been processed into plastic seeds into the asphalt concrete mixture. Previous research has shown that HDPE plastic waste may be reused to improve the physical properties of temperature-sensitive asphalt and improve the stability of asphalt concrete. This study was conducted to determine the effect of using HDPE plastic ore as a mixed additive on the Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC) using Marshall parameters. Marshall Parameters used are stability, flow, VIM, VMA, VFA, and MQ. The study was conducted in a laboratory by testing 42 samples with different levels of HDPE plastic seeds, mixed using wet methods to determine Marshall Characteristics. Manufacture of test objects using asphalt type, which has a penetration rate of 60/70. The initial research results showed that the optimal asphalt content (OAC) is 5.5%, with the percentage content of HDPE plastic seeds around 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7% compared to asphalt weight. The results showed that the effect of HDPE plastic seed content on the AC-WC mixture increased the value of Marshall Characteristics and met all the requirements of SNI 06-2489-1991. Road infrastructure development in a country has been considered an important predictor of economic development and prosperity. Hence applying a systematic analysis approach, this study aims to project the future role of the central government in developing road infrastructure and its significance in the country's economic growth. The main data sources were the literature review and expert opinions in the form of self-administrative surveys and interviews. Besides, the Cross-impact Direct Influence (CDI) matrix was applied to formulate the questionnaire. For the data analysis purpose, MICMAC analysis and Scenario Wizard software were used. The MICMAC analysis results revealed the dominant role of 9 important/key variables in developing the Indonesian road infrastructure. Simultaneously 24 positive states of the important variables what identified via the Scenario-Wizard Method. Findings also depicted stronger consistency among the four scenarios. Whereas Scenario 1 showed the most ideal 9 key features related to Indonesia’s road infrastructure developments with a high intensity of concentrating the efforts on planning road infrastructure development in big cities and use of smart and modern technology. Moreover, presenting a group of constructs for developing road infrastructure and resultant economic growth in the country, the current study adds value to the existing literature.
Side friction is a towards the flow roadway at an internode road which is able to cause a conflict and has big effect for the activities in roadway. Side frictions which were effected the capacity and pedestrians in city road were pedestrians, transportations which stopped, slow transportations (bicycle, wheelborrow, etc) and transportations which were went in and out from the side internode road. The purpose of this research is to find out the significant effect of side friction toward the road performance. After several stages in collecting the data and data analysis using method (MKJI 1997), it can be concluded that the effect of side friction toward the performance at Yos Sudarso street for the relation between road volume with side friction which has the highest correlation score was transportations which were went in and out at 0,260. Meanwhile, the relation of rapidity transportations with side friction which has the highest correlation score was the transportations which stopped at 0,495. The factor that effected the internode performance at Yos Sudarso was the side friction which has the highest score after the transportations which went in and out started at 17.00 – 18.00pm, so the total was 1.278,90.
The provision of crossing facilities which is a Pedestrians Bridge In Tarakan city, was first built.This research was to aim of knowing the crossing facilities that are in accordance with the location conditions of the research study, both technically and in a special standard design, knowing the level of performance of the Pedestrians Bridge Facility for pedestrians. Data analysis of the number of vehicle volumes (V) is 5126 vehicles / hour and pedestrian volume (P) is 66 people / hour using the PV 2 formula 1728882386.2. Through Determination of crossing facilities on Yos Sudarso, in front of Grand Tarakan Mall, only requires Pelican with a protector or Pelican Crossing along with a waiting stall that has the criteria for the number P = 50 - 1100 people / hour, V 700 vehicles / hour and PV2 2x10 8. For the bridge design, found on the standard for building stair height, did not meet the standards, which was 1.35 meters, while the height of the backrest in the field was 1.15 - 1.20 meters. The level of The Pedestrian Bridge use was 68.77% and could be stated as beneficial. The results of the questionnaire were obtained on the Cartesian diagram in quadrant 1, which is the main priorities that must be improved in the Pedestiran Bridge services are the ease of access for persons with disabilities and the hygiene care of the Pedestrian Bridge’s facilities.
Provinsi Kalimantan Utara hanya memiliki satu Bandar Udara domestik yang berada di Kota Tanjung Selor yang bernama Tanjung Harapan. Oleh karena itu standar pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh pihak pengelola bandara haruslah sesuai dengan standar yang mampu menciptakan suasana yang nyaman dan kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analisys), dalam analisis ini ada 36 atribut atau indikator yang menjadi tolak ukur dalam menentukan kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan di terminal bandar udara tanjung harapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat standar pelayanan terminal penumpang dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan terminal bandar udara. Hasil penelitian mengenai Standar pelayanan Terminal Menurut PM.nomor 178 tahun 2015 menyatakan bahwa hasil penilaian terhadap fasilitas proses keberangkatan dan kedatangan mendapat nilai 75 dengan predikat “B” (baik sekali). Metode IPA (Importance Performance Analisys) pada kepuasan penumpang terdapat 5 atribut pada kuadran I (prioritas utama), 17 atribut pada kuadran II (pertahankan prestasi), 10 atribut pada kudran III (prioritas rendah), dan 4 atribut pada kuadran IV (berlebihan).
