Many people and institutions have contributed for this work development and I will use this space to mention and thank all of them. First I want to thank my advisor Rafael Martinelli, for all the knowledge, support and friendship he gave me through all this thesis development, spending many hours in discussions and suggestions for the improvement of this work. Silvio Hamacher who, together with Rafael Martinelli, proposed to me this thesis theme and invited me to work at Tecgraf Institute, where I learn very much everyday and flourished the knowledge described in this work.
