Among the measures imposed by different countries, suggested by experts and epidemiologists to curb the number of infections and death from the pandemic COVID-19 is quarantined, forcing families to stay home longer and interact with family members. Life as a couple becomes increasingly difficult to lead, there are problems of gender violence since before confinement. The situation of social isolation in many cases can worsen relationships and increase conflicts, fighting, and altercations between couples, becoming a social problem. The objective of this work is to analyze the figures and reports of cases of gender violence during the 1940s. The methodology applied was bibliographic research considering reliable and current sources; from qualitative-quantitative approaches that allow evaluating the information and making statistics for a better explanation of the study. The development of the text has a deductive and an inductive approach for its understanding. The results offer a clear overview of the problem that is exacerbated in times of compulsory quarantine in families while protecting themselves from the coronavirus from home, death can lurk in domestic violence that is understood to be the safest. It concludes with an increase in the problems during the quarantine.
A study was carried out on the rural women and the daily activities that they carry out in their homes and the work of agriculture and livestock; as a producer and participates in the home economy; even though she feels unproductive and the community reinforces that false and cruel mental stereotype. To value the activities of rural women in the home; It is intended to give human and economic value to all the activities carried out by it and to combat the mental stereotype that it is the only man, who intervened in the home economy. Quantitative research, bibliographic review, statistical analysis is carried out by tabulation of the results obtained through the survey applied to rural women. From the researchers' perspective, the role of the peasant woman must be observed and reconsidered as a productive entity to discard ideas outside of what she represents as a thinking human being, free and owner of her decisions.
En la actualidad existe una problemática que afecta a las personas mayores, algunos son excluidos de los Programas sociales, impidiendo un envejecimiento con dignidad. Con base en esta contradicción, surgió este estudio con el objetivo de analizar el grado de exclusión de las personas adultas mayores en programas sociales en la parroquia Santa Rita del cantón Chone, y el efecto que tiene en su calidad de vida. Se partió de una investigación bibliográfica, extrayendo información de investigaciones publicadas en artículos de revistas, informes y documentos desarrolladas por otros autores relacionados al tema caso de estudio. Además, se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, trabajando de manera directa con la unidad de análisis, se aplicó una encuesta semiestructurada con respuesta de selección múltiple a los informantes claves del caso de estudio, se empleó un muestreo al azar simple, seleccionando de forma no aleatoria a 50 adultos mayores de algunos sitios de la parroquia Santa Rita del cantón Chone. La información y los datos obtenidos se analizaron a partir de los métodos de análisis-síntesis y estadístico, permitiendo extraer los criterios para fundamentar la investigación, también se realizó la tabulación e interpretación de los datos, para someterlos a la discusión necesaria que llevó a la conclusión que un 100% de las personas encuestadas concuerdan en que la exclusión de los Programas sociales afecta su calidad de vida. Además, se evidenció que ese mismo porcentaje no conocen ni han tenido la oportunidad de participar en el Programa “Envejeciendo Juntos” llevado a cabo en Ecuador, afectando su calidad de vida al sentirse excluidos de la sociedad.
