The life estimation of car hub bearing is based on the life theory of Rolling bearing, axis load and radial load every column bearing of hub bearing were solved out by establishing dynamic model of car hub bearing, and general calculation way of rated dynamic load and equivalent dynamic load was inferred out, then the paper given out the life estimation way of car hub bearing. In the end, an example is used to explain the durability life estimation process of car hub bearing.

Manufacturing cloud service composition is the key way to improve the utilization of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities, realize added value and efficiency of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities. It has great significance on cloud manufacturing implementation and carry. Therefore, the paper presents automatic forwarding search method called AMCSC-HFS for manufacturing cloud service composition based on AI plan. The main purpose is to support meeting the actual need of large-scale and dynamic cloud manufacturing cloud service environment.

The whole structure of a new hydraulic support is designed according to the special working conditions, and the main parameters on its structure and dimension are calculated based on the whole structure and the corresponding formula about the structure design of hydraulic support. The entity of the new hydraulic support is modeled with Pro/E, and the whole assembling of hydraulic support is accomplished based on the former structure and dimension. Thus the dynamic simulation based on the entity model is done with Pro/E given the simulation data derived from the actual working status, and the screen shot of 3 key time nodes among the whole movement process is got, finally the simulation results prove that the design and three dimensional model are correct and available.

There are two key issues in the surface water monitoring, one is long-distance data transmission; second is the power to the monitor. The design uses Siemens TC35i module to transmit data, uses clock timing chips to control the working hours of low-power AVR microcontroller and phone modules. So the two problems are solved effectively. The PC-monitor-interface used LabVIEW software is also simple and clear, it can display real-time data; analyzes the trend of the data-curve; warn much earlier. The practical of result shows that the design is simple, good controllability, high reliability.

And, this paper research on raw coal processing technology of efficient and circulation, from coal preparation technique, slurry drying technology and efficient warehousing system. Finally, raw coal is exploited and transported on condition of efficient and environment protection to realize green and circulating production.
