The essential oil was obtained at yield of 0.30% by hydrodistillation from fresh leaf tissue of Solidago canadensis L. collected from Zhejiang Province, China. GC and GC/MS analysis identified 46 components, representing 94.6% of the leaf oil. The main components were (-)germacrene D (28.4%), bornyl acetate (9.2%), D-Limonene (5.0%). The essential oil was tested for cytotoxic activities against three tumor cell lines. The inhibitory concentrations of the essential oil at 50% effect level (IC50) were 68.1 μg/ml for SMMC-7721, 71.4 μg/ml for SGC-7901, and 156.9 μg/ml for Hala, respectively.
A convenient one-pot process to synthesize 2-(1H-imidazo[4,5-b]phenazin-2-yl) phenol derivatives 3a-e with substitute (s) X (X = H, CH3O, CH2OH, Cl, Br) via the reaction of 2-hydroxy aromatic aldehydes with phenazine-2,3-diamines in the presence of manganese(III) acetate at room temperature in 80-85% yield was developed. Meanwhile, the ultraviolet absorption and the fluorescent spectra of these o-hydroxy derivatives of 1H-imidazo[4,5-b] phenazin were measured in methanol. Compared with the dual emission characteristics of 2-(2-hydroxy-phenyl) benzimidazole derivatives, only one fluorescence band with a peak wavelength of 540nm was observed and that the Stokes shifts were around 136-140 nm for 3a-e.

In the paper, we establish an evaluation system in the study of four aspects such as people, regulation, equipment and technology management, field management and engineering construction. We present an entropy weight multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in power plant security on the basis of reliability identification. Firstly, it identifies the reliability of power plant security evaluation system. Secondly, it can meet the condition that the system is reliable. Then it obtains the indicator weight of all levels in the evaluation system by the entropy weight method. Finally, it carries out a comprehensive evaluation in power plant security by the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.
