Simplify the structure of a new sugarcane loader with metamorphic function, and build a virtual prototype model. Use software MSC.ADAMS for kinematics simulation of the sugarcane loader. Analyze the relationship between input and output of the sugarcane loader during the different working phases.
Sugarcane loader is a kind of agricultural machinery for sugarcane transport. Traditional sugarcane loaders are mostly hydraulic type powered by diesel engine, which is difficult to promote in small producing unit, because of its big size and high maintenance costs. A manual operation sugarcane loader with metamorphic function invented by the research of metamorphic mechanism applied to sugarcane loaders can change its topological structures according to different needs of work tasks. The grabbing and raising task of sugarcane can be done by a single operator action. This paper introduces the source-metamorphic mechanism of the sugarcane loader, as well as the metamorphic ways. Use the adjacency matrix to describe the topology changes of different work tasks and to analysis the principles and characteristics of configuration.
This paper elaborates much security menace of using gas and analysises defect of products now available, and advance a new normally closed type safety valve for gas, it can effectively prevent much security menace which was caused by the aging of the rubber tube and leak of the joints of the pipes. Design of structure and control circuit of the valve are introduced in this paper. And the security of this valve was tested and proved by experiment. In the Mechanical Innovative Design Competition for National College Students in 2010, this design gained the national first prize. Its practicability and innovativeness were highly acknowledged and appreciated by the industry experts and got patent for utility models in the same year.
