Klasifikasi pada proses text mining dapat dikerjakan dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis metode klasifikasi yang salah satunya yaitu metode SVM. SVM merupakan singkatan dari Support Vector Machine, SVM bekerja dengan membagi dua kelompok kelas data menggunakan fungsi linear dalam sebuah ruang fitur berdimensi tinggi dengan proses menemukan garis pemisah (hyperplane) terbaik sehingga dapat menemukan ukuran margin yang maksimal antara ruang input dengan ruang ciri menggunakan kaidah kernel. SVM telah dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan semua data yang terdiri dari beberapa kelas kedalam sebuah bentuk optimasi untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang terdapat pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah kelas yang melebihi dari dua kelas dan akan diuji dengan berbagai jenis pendekatan multiclass yaitu SVM One Against One dan One Against Rest. Data merupakan opini publik berbahasa Indonesia yang didapatkan dari twitter berjumlah 2000 dataset mengenai jaringan telekomunikasi seluler dan layanan BPJS. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa untuk penilaian kinerja metode multiclass SVM dengan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi didapatkan dari kinerja metode SVM One Against Rest dengan nilai perbedaan sebesar 0,06 untuk proses klasifikasi tiga kelas yaitu positif, negatif dan netral. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam proses klasifikasi yang memiliki lebih dari dua kelas dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi SVM melalui pendekatan SVM One Against One dan One Against Rest dengan nilai akurasi yang lebih baik.

The performance appraisal process in Religious High Court Bandar Lampung has not been carried out objectively, but rather a subjectivity element (relationship closeness). Some employees occupy structural positions but do not fulfil competence and promotion principles, so that it has an impact on providing promotion to a position in the judiciary. Multiple Linear Regression method can provide a predictive model for employee recommendations entitled to occupy positions in the agency. The method implementation using SPSS produces an equation Y = 74.177 + 0.035X1 + 0.020X2 - 0.026X3 + 0.045X4 + 0.001X5. This equation is applied to the employee performance values, and it is obtained from 40 employees 26 employees deserve to be given recommendations promotion. Regression performance testing results using 10-cross validation get the correlation coefficient value is 80.66% with MAE value of 2.24% and RMSE 3.88%, which mean has good performance.

Alat Pemberi Pakan Ikan Hias Di Aquarium Secara Otomatis merupakan sistem cerdas yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam pemberian pakannya, sehingga ketika pemelihara ikan memiliki kesibukan yang cukup padat dan merasa kesulitan ketika akan pergi meninggalkan rumah dalam waktu yang cukup lama, maka ikan akan tetap terjaga dalam proses pemberian pakannya. Sistem yang dirancang terdiri dari empat bagian yaitu: catu daya, sistem minimum, rangkaian mekanika dan program. Cara kerja alat ini yaitu dengan mengatur pemberian makanan pada Alat Pemberi Pakan Ikan yang diatur oleh mikrokontroler menggunakan parameter waktu RTC (Real Time Clock), arduino sebagai proses, motor DC (Direct Current) sebagai kondisi output dan LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) sebagai user interface dan monitoring. Penambahan sensor Ultrasonik untuk memantau keadaan pakan dalam penampung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan untuk kerja dari “Alat Pemberi Pakan Ikan Hias Di Aquarium Secara Otomatis” telah menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan perencanaan yaitu alat dapat memberikan pakan ikan secara otomatis pada waktu yang telah ditentukan.

The Indonesian government has enforced the New Normal rule in maintaining economic stabilization and also restraining the spread of the virus during the Covid 19 pandemic. This has become a hot topic of conversation on social media Twitter, many people think positive and negative.The research conducted is a representation of text mining and text processing using machine learning using the Naive Bayes Classifier classification method, the objective of the analysis is to determine whether public sentiment towards the New Normal policy is positive or negative, and also as a basis for measuring the performance of the TF-IDF feature extraction and N-gram in machine learning uses the Naive Bayes method.The results of this study resulted in the accuracy rate of the Naive Bayes method with the TF-IDF feature selection. The total accuracy was 81% with a Precision value of 78%, Recall 91%, and f1-Score 84%. The highest results were obtained from the use of the Naive Bayes and Trigram algorithm parameters, namely 84%, namely 84% Precision, 86% Recall, and 85% f1-Score. The Naive Bayes algorithm with the use of the trigram type N-Gram feature extraction shows a fairly good performance in the process of classifying public tweet data.
