Attitudes and behaviors are the unity of a person's character which is formed by habit everyday. Entrepreneurial behavior is influenced by internal and external factors. These factors are ownership rights (property right, PR), abilities / competencies (competency / ability,), and incentives while external factors include the environment thus Attitudes and behavior can be changed by oneself and / or there are environmental pressures / influences. there is an influence from within themselves and from outside the environment to associate then grow indi attitudes and specific behaviors. It is necessary to anticipate small businesses’ difficulties by conducting an empirical study on the entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial values, and assessment of entrepreneurial behavior that may affect the realization of independence efforts. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values on entrepreneurial behavior to create business independence. The findings show that the entrepreneurial spirit has a direct positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior and positive indirect effect on the business independence.

Purpose-Implementation of SMK-3 requires commitment from companies as providers of vacancies. Management as directors and employees as resources that maintain the continuity of the company.Design/methodology-The application often raises questions from both company management and employees. Companies are required to implement SMK-3 in the workplace by integrating the system with SMK-3. This obligation applies to companies with a workforce of at least 100 (one hundred) or less than 100 people, but which are classified as a high potential risk company.Findings -Corporate strategy differs from business strategy, in that it focuses on how to manage resources, risk, and profits throughout the company, as opposed to looking at competitive advantage.The method used qualitatif research in this article is a literature review, which is a review and discussion of literature in a particular research area, by peeling, comparing, summarizing and collecting literature and then drawing a conclusion. Implementing this Health and Safety Management System (SMK-3) it is hoped that it can increase workforce productivity.
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Seoul Korean Restaurant di Palembang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Seoul Korean Restaurant di Palembang. Masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Seoul Korean Restaurant di Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 60 pelanggan, dan data yang dikumpulkan adalah primer serta sekunder. Model analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan student t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Seoul Korean Restaurant di Palembang.
