Green building is a solution to address the impact of buildings on the environment. In its development, green buildings require sustainable green management during the operational and maintenance phase in order to meet the current and future needs of users. As the longest phase in the green building life cycle, it is important to track and map the development of studies related to this field. This paper aims to map the development of literature related to the operational and maintenance phases of sustainable green buildings from 1999 to 2019. Literature data were obtained from the Scopus database and the analysis was conducted using a science mapping approach with VOSviewers. Based on literature data, 746 publications are found to be relevant to this study, the results of this study are in the form of scientific mapping covering wave of research, source and publication types, influential countries, references with strongest citation burst, author contributions, research subjects, and major research areas divided into three categories (frequent, medium and rare). The results of this study are quite important, because they not only provide a mapping of existing research developments, but can also serve as a reference for researchers who have an interest in developing sustainable green building operations and maintenance studies in the future.
The study aimed to evaluate the impact of Front-of-Package Traffic Light (FoPTL) nutrition label on female teenagers’ comprehension of nutritional values. A quasi-experimental design employing the purposive sampling method. The intervention group was given FoPTL nutrition label while the control group was given nutrition facts labels within 3 weeks. Twenty-one subjects in a control group and twenty subjects in an intervention group. Both groups taken from the two selected senior high schools at East Jakarta. Our findings confirm the significant difference in the nutrition labels comprehension between the intervention group and control group (p < 0.05), with the intervention group having higher scores (39.17 points) than the control group (20.63 points). It can be concluded that FoPTL can improve the nutrition labels comprehension. To mitigate the low comprehension of nutrition labels, schools are encouraged to cooperate with related partners on educating students about nutrition labels. Future studies may wish to consider examining the issue using male teenagers as the research subjects. To that degree, research on both the reading behavior of FoPTL label and the purchasing behavior of packaged food products should be performed.
While sustainable green infrastructure research has progressed substantially in the last decade, there has been a lack of study mapping on the developments of existing research publications in this area. This research aims to systematically review and map the development of existing publications during the period of 2009 – 2019 using the Scientometric review approach of Scopus metadata and VOSviewer software. The results show there were 1784 publications and 4894 authors from 109 countries, with the top 3 countries, i.e. the United States (472 publications), the UK (162 publications) and China (151 publications). The top 3 rankings of the main research area trends were green infrastructure (260), sustainability (211), and sustainability development (134). The publications were dominated by articles (50.2%), conference papers (32.2%), book chapters (7%), reviews (7%), and books (6.4%), which consist of 338 open-access documents, and 1396 closed-access documents. The top 3 authors with the most citations were Wang J. (261 citations), Jensen M.B. (82 citations) and Haase D. (76 citations). The outcomes of this study are expected to fill the existing research gap as well as to provide an overview of the development of sustainable green infrastructure research publications and to see future research development opportunities.
AbstrakTenaga kerja merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia yang penting, karena seringkali penyediaannya terbatas, baik karena faktor kualitas maupun hal-hal lain. Kemudian kelebihan tenaga keja akan mengakibatkan pemborosan biaya serta kekurangan tenaga kerja akan mengakibatkan keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek yang telah dijadwalkan. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menentukan sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam pelaksanaan proyek Pembangunan Ruang Kelas Baru Ponpes Daarun Nahdah Thawalib Bangkinang, dan untuk mengetahui berapa banyak biaya yang diperlukan untuk kebutuhan penggunaan sumber daya manusia. Metode Perataan Sumber Daya (Resource Leveling) dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan histogram penggunaan tenaga kerja yang efektif dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi sehingga tidak terjadi penurunan dan peningkatan penggunaan tenaga kerja diawal, ditengah dan diakhir jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Proses Resource Leveling dilakukan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Project 2013. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh penggunaan tenaga kerja rencana dan tenaga keja setelah perataan (leveling) yaitu sebanyak 790 orang dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 375.270.000,00 yang terdiri dari 470 orang pekerja dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 207.270.000,00 dan 320 orang tukang dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 168.000.000,00. Sedangkan tenaga kerja realisasi atau lapangan sebanyak 831 orang dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 382.011.000,00 yang terdiri dari 646 orang pekerja dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 284.886.000,00 dan 185 orang tukang dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 97.125.000,00. Dengan demikian tenaga kerja rencana dan setelah perataan lebih hemat biaya sebesar Rp. 6.741.000,00 dibandingkan tenaga kerja realisasi.Kata kunci : pekerja, resource leveling, sumber daya, tenaga kerja, tukang. Then the excess work force will lead to waste of costs and labor shortages will result in delays in the implementation of projects that have been scheduled. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effective human resources in the implementation of the New Classroom Building Project Ponpes Daarun Nahdah Thawalib Bangkinang, and to find out how much cost is needed for the needs of human resource use. Resource Leveling Methods can be used to obtain an effective employment histogram in the implementation of a construction project so that there is no decrease and increased use of labor at the beginning, middle and end of the job execution schedule. The Resource Leveling process is done using Microsoft Project 2013 help. From the result of the research, it is found that the use of workforce of plan and work force after leveling is 790 people with the cost of Rp. 375,270,000.00, consisting of 470 workers at a cost of Rp. 207.270.000,00 and 320 craftsmen at a cost of Rp. 168,000,000.00. The operation and maintenance phase is one of the most important and longest phase in the green building life cycle. In this phase, the existence of internal support and facilitating that is oriented towards sustainable green management can have a major impact on building performance. Its existence is both a support and a catalyst for other processes to be undertaken during this phase. This study aims to assess the content validity in the preparation of a questionnaire for the assessment instrument for internal support and facilitating of sustainable green management, particularly the operation and maintenance phase of buildings in Indonesia. Internal support and facilitation is divided into 3 key variables in this research: leadership, policy, and people. Meanwhile, the study stage consists of instrument design, expert panel determination, and content validity quantification. The method used in the content validity analysis consists of: I-CVI, S-CVI, CVR and Kappa statistical coefficient. Based on the results of the study, the number of indicators that meet the requirements is as follows: four indicators on the leadership variable, six indicators on the policy variable and five indicators for the people variable.
