Garbage is a national problem and an important issue, especially in urban areas. In this case, the people of Kebonmanis took the initiative to reduce the impact caused by the accumulation of household waste by managing a waste bank. Household waste that was previously only disposed of in the landfill has now begun to be sorted and put to good use for activities in their respective environments, including in terms of increasing the income of the surrounding community. The activity begins with counseling, education, training and implementation. The purpose of this activity is to reduce the accumulation of household waste so that disasters do not occur and utilize waste with the creations and innovations of the surrounding community. In addition, to increase people's income by collecting and exchanging waste every week for basic food materials. The method used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the management of the waste bank provides many benefits to the surrounding community, the environment becomes comfortable, beautiful, green, and increases the economic income of the community. This activity received support from several parties such as the Cilacap government, the PKK driving team, LKM Makmur Kebonmanis, and PLN Peduli. The conclusion of this study is that household waste can bring benefits in terms of social, economic, and environmental positive impacts from the Waste Bank in Kebon Manis Village, Cilacap. <p><em>Laju perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi ditandai dengan lahirnya radio. Di Indonesia sendiri radio menjadi alat pemersatu, perjuangan,  dan pembawa kabar proklamasi kemerdekaan. Hampir  satu abad radio mampu bersaing dengan media-media lain seperti film, televise, dan internet. Radio menjelma sebagai media yang turut serta menyebarkan informasi kepada masyarakat secara cepat dan luas yang mencakup aspek sosial, politik, ekonomi, dan budaya. Masyarakat Indonesia yang majemuk melahirkan berbagai macam komunitas. Radio menjadi media alternatif yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mereka sesuai dengan tujuan didirikannya komunitas tersebut. </em><em>Penelitian ini hendak menggali strategi penyiaran radio komunitas serta tantangan apa yang dihadapi radio komunitas di era internet. Subyek penelitian ini adalah radio AMIKOM FM dan radio STAR. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Radio AMIKOM FM dan radio STAR menerapkan lima strategi dalam penyiaran: (1) Compatibilty, yaitu strategi kesesuaian antara tipe pendengar, program acara, dan ketepatan dalam memilih jadwal acara; (2) Habit Formation, agar pendengar tetap setia dengan program acara radio, maka penyajian acara dilakukan secara rutin dan sesuai jadwal; (3)  Control of Audience Flow, menjaga agar pendengar tidak berpindah ke saluran lain; (4) Conservation of Program Resources, startegi ini berupaya untuk melindungi sumber-sumber program acara agar tersimpan rapi dan bisa digunakan lagi jika suatu saat dibutuhkan. 5) Mass Appeal,  Daya penarik massa diperlukan untuk memperluas jumlah pendengar baik secara teknis maupun sosial.</em></p>

Using a phenomenological approach, this study aims to reveal the psychological and social impact on three Ngebleng fasting performers in Kutasari village, Cipari district, and Cilacap district. Documentation and in-depth interviews are the main instruments for extracting as much information as possible and then interpreting it based on the phenomena obtained. The results showed that the psychological impact felt by fasting performers included inner peace, less emotional stress, and healthier physical conditions. Meanwhile, the social effects felt by the ritual actors varied. One perpetrator admitted that after undergoing Ngebleng fasting, he felt the smoothness of rizki and the establishment of good social relations; his fortune was smoother and social relations were not disturbed. Still, two people admitted that when fasting, they became less enthusiastic about interacting with the surrounding community because, apart from feeling weak physically, there were also considerations of maintaining so that the fast does not fail.

Jihad is not always by taking up arms and going to war. Today, jihad is perceived and practiced in a variety of approaches. One of them is with literary works. The use of literary works as a medium for proselytizing has recently been widely loved because the message conveyed through the text indirectly affects the reader. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the meaning of jihad through literary works. The object of this study is the novel Conqueror of the Storm by Aguk Irawan MN which is considered appropriate to be used as a source related to jihad. This research uses Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutic theory and methods, namely objective, reflective, and existential. The results of the text analysis were obtained through three stages, namely objectively, and reflectively, to extensively produce 3 meanings of jihad, namely jihad meaning proselytizing, science, and meaning physical jihad. Jihad means proselytizing is related to the enforcement of Amar Makruf Nahi Munkar, jihad is jihad to become mujtahid, and jihad means physical is the jihad of love of the homeland in defending sovereignty.
