This study aims to determine the type and density of mangroves on the coast of Alariano sub-village Amahai District, Central Maluku Regency. This research was carried out in May 2019. The research location was divided into 2 stations. this research is descriptive quantitative. The method used in this research is line transect and sample plot (Transect line plot. Based on the results of the study found 6 types of mangroves including Achantus ebracteatus, Aegiceras corniculatum, Sonnerattia alba, Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Rhizophora apiculata, Xylocarpus granatum. According to the standard criteria of mangrove damage. the results of the calculation of species density at station I and station II are categorized as very dense so that they can be potential for ecotourism development.
Research of seagrass vegetation structure has been carried out in Waemulang Coastal Waters, South of Buru Regency. This explorative study uses a linear quadrate transect method with 13 transect lines that are mounted perpendicular to the coastline, starting from the highest tide to the lowest tide. The results showed mixed vegetation types with species composition consisting of 5 seagrass species, namely: Enhalus ocoroides, Halophila ovalis, Thalassia hemprichii, Cymodocea serrulata and Cymodocea rotundata, which are members of 2 orders, 2 families, and 4 genera of seagrasses. The species that are most commonly found and have a value of density, relative density, frequency type, relative frequency, percentage of cover, relative closure, and index of important value which is higher, namely Enhalus acoroides, while the lowest, namely Halophila ovalis. In addition, the diversity index of seagrass species is 1,493, or belongs to medium category and the dominance index of seagrass species is 0.239, or there is no dominance of species. It can be concluded that the seagrass vegetation structure in Waemulang Coastal Waters is still relatively stable and Enhalus acoroides is the most influential seagrass species in the growing community. Environmental parameters are very supportive for seagrass growth in this area.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk kompos dan pupuk fosfor berpengaruh secara nyata pada pertumbuhan tanaman kacang hijau yang meliputi beberapa parameter tanaman (tinggi tanaman dan luas daun tanaman) begitu juga dengan interaksi antara pupuk kompos dan pupuk fosfor berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kacang hijau yang meliputi parameter tinggi tanaman dan luas daun tanaman kacang hijau. Pemberian pupuk kompos dan pupuk fosfor dengan dosis 3 gram terhadap tanaman kacang hijau memberikan hasil yang sangat nyata terhadap tanaman kacang hijau yang meliputi parameter tinggi tanaman dan luas daun. Rata-rata tanaman yaitu rata-rata tinggi tanaman kacang hijau tertinggi (32,5 cm), rata-rata jumlah daun terbanyak (13,5 helai), dan rata-rata luas daun tertinggi (24,55 cm 2 ). Sedangkan Koefisien Keragaman (KK) untuk masing-masing: tinggi sebesar 4%, jumlah daun sebesar 1,96%, dan luas daun sebesar 3,7%.
