Leadership in Islamic boarding schools is the leadership of caregivers or called cleric or master teachers. Leadership in developing entrepreneurship is also in the clergy. This study aims to interpret the role of cleric leadership in the development of entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a case study at the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school, Pasuruan. The unit of analysis of the research is ulama, teacher or cleric, business unit management, santri, community members of Islamic boarding school cooperatives. Data collection methods used in-depth interviews, participatory observation and content analysis of documentation. This research design uses a qualitative design with a case study model. Data analysis and data validity testing used triangulation techniques, namely source triangulation, method triangulation and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that Kiai's leadership plays an important role in the development of pesantren entrepreneurship. Kiai's important roles are (1) initiating, (2) facilitating, (3) mobilizing teachers, santri, and wali santi, and (4) mobilizing alumni to become investors in the pesantren business unit. Kiai also play a role in collaborating with other parties and the surrounding community.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (study of consumers at Padang State University students. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were Padang State University students on Maxim's online service and the determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula as many as 97 respondents. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the consideration that consumers have used Maxim's online services. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Padang State University students with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is path analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) price has a significant effect on customer loyalty (2) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty (3) price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (5) satisfaction customer has a significant effect on customer loyalty (6) price has a significant effect on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Maxim online services at Padang State University students (7) service quality has a significant effect on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Maxim online services in Padang State University students.Keywords: price, service quality,customer loyalty, and customer statisfaction
This paper aims to present a method for Systematic Literature Review (SLR). SLR is a method for examining the scientific literature that develops insights, critical reflection, future research paths, and research questions. SLRs are common in disciplines dominated by quantitative approaches, but they can be adapted in studies of generally accepted quantitative and qualitative approaches. Approach: literature review, as a written work used for academic purposes, must have a logical, clear, and planned structure. In addition, this SLR also requires research that has been carried out using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods.These findings provide evidence that from the management of research articles, research clusters were found that were developed, namely: Entrepreneurs Education, Small Business Development, Business Games simulations, Creativity and innovation, Start-Ups, Entrepreneurial support organizations. From the clusters that have been obtained, the researchers conclude that each cluster becomes a game learning solution in improving entrepreneurial skills. In addition, it is hoped that from the Vosviwer data that has been processethe into a research agenda finding, the researchers suggest that the future research agenda is contextual agility. So that future researchers will discuss more deeply about how contextual agility in improving entrepreneurial skills.
