Pengembangan super prioritas 2019 menjadi 5 kawasan Destinasi dan kawasan Borobudur masih dalam prioritas untuk dikembangkan. Arahan pengembangan Kawasan Destinasi super prioritas yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah salah satunya yaitu bagaimana penigkatan kompetensi SDM Pariwisata yang berdaya saing. Hal tersebut didasari dari berbagai kajian Nasional yang melibatkan banyak pakar bahwa titik lemah perkembangan Pariwisata di Indonesia yaitu SDM. Pada Global Talent Competitiveness Indeks (GTCI) 2018 yang dikeluarkan oleh INSEAD Indonesia berada diperingkat 77 dari 144 Negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna dapat peningkatan Kompetensi para pekerja Pariwisata sesuai dengan kebutuhan Industri Pariwisata yang ada dan siap berdaya saing secara Nasional maupun Internasional. Arah pengembangan Desa Wisata Pagerharjo adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Visi desa wisata memiliki peranyangstrategissebagaibingkaiyang mempersatukanlangkah semua pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat untuk berkolaborasi, bersinergi dalam mengelola desa wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan mewawancarai berbagai pemangku kepentingan kunci dalam peningkatan Kompetensi para pekerjanya. Pada penelitian ini para pekerja Pariwisata umumnya masih sangat jauh dari kata kesiapan secara kompetensi bidang pekerjaannya.
Banyuwangi Regency is located at the most eastern tip of the island of Java. The district has many interesting tourism potential, both nature and man-made tourism product. One of the man-made tourism product which is currently being developed is an event that is packed in a series of events named Banyuwangi Festival.The series of Banyuwangi Festival, one of them is Banyuwangi Ethno Carnival which is one of the government's efforts for Banyuwangi as an image that aim to attract tourists and as an effort to improve the image of Banyuwangi. The activities of Banyuwangi Ethno Carnival is certainly need to involve parties concerned, such as the Government as giving permission for the event Banyuwangi Ethno Carnival in Banyuwangi, as well as experts such as committee organizers, community leaders, religious figures, IECA, researchers, and people who have the knowledge and awareness on the implementation of Banyuwangi Ethno Carnival. In the involvement of Banyuwangi Ethno Carnival event, the researcher want to know the effect of the event on the image of Banyuwangi.. The theory used is the theory of tourism event which consists of five aspects: the event as an attraction, event as an animator, event as image makers, event and place marketing, and event as a catalyst by means of analysis by descriptive statistics and Spearman Rank Correlation. Thus, this research results in a conclusion and recommendations related to the role of BEC event as an event tourism in Banyuwangi. To the factor of event as attraction, the result can be said has a sufficient quality. This can be seen from the indicators in the field such as accessibility, centrality, clustering which get sufficient performance results. To the factor of event as animator, the result can be said has a sufficient quality. This can be seen from the indicators in the field such as attraction and facilities which get adequate performance results. To the factor of event as Image Maker results with Good quality. This can be seen from the indicators such as the publicity field which get good performance results. To the factor of event as Place Marketing results with Very Good quality. This can be seen from the indicators in the field such as local authorities and tour agency which get very good performance. To the factor of event as catalyst results with Good quality. This can be seen from the indicators such as urban renewel field, phsyical redevelopment, image enhancement which get good performance results.
Human resources is one of the important assets of the company, though the presence of the high-tech equipment that is human resources which will operate. Therefore the interest of the company to maintain the performance of its employees, as management's assessment of the company. In creating a good performance, it is necessary to factor that can create the best performance. Training is a factor that can improve employee performance. Indication of the low performance of employees in Cafe the Family Club Eldorado Tortilla Bandung allegedly due to lack of effective implementation of the training program at the hotel. The low performance is caused by the waitress several factors which include lack of training implementation.Implementation of training greatly affect the performance of the waitress, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis are correlated between the effect of the training on the performance that is equal to 0.869 in the strong range. And the coefficient of determination of 71.4%, meaning that 71.4% of performance is determined by training. While 28.6% influenced by factors - other factors.In addressing this issue, needs to be improved with the implemented training to employees.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang khusus memfasilitasi interpretasi koleksi museum agar dapat mengoptimalkan penyampaian informasi koleksi yang pada akhirnya dapat memberikan pengalaman lebih kepada pengunjung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi pada masing-masing aspek pengembagan SDLC. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi berupa fasilitas interpretasi berbasis QR Code yang terhubung dengan konten informasi dalam flatform website yang berisi informasi mengenai tema-tema koleksi seperti deskripsi, lokasi temuan dan klasifikasi koleksi yang akan menambah augmented experience bagi para pengunjung Museum Negeri Sri Baduga.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mengenai bagaimana melihat permasalahan pada restoran di Kabupaten Bogor untuk mencapai suatu kepuasan pelanggan serta terciptanya suatu Customer Loyalty dilihat dari berbagai aspek yaitu, 1). Kualitas makanan, 2). Variasi makanan, 3). Variasi minuman, 4). Kualitas pelayanan, 5). Sikap dan keramahan karyawan, 6). Kualitas suasana, dan 7). Aspek Kebersihan. Komponen – komponen tersebut menjadi pembentuk kepuasan pelanggan yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Untuk itu, penelitian ini membahas tingkat pengaruh antara kualitas makanan dan dinescaspe terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Restoran di Kabupaten Bogor. Pengujuan tingkat pengaruh antar komponen tersebut mempunyai tingkat urgensi yang tinggi pada industry restoran mengingat persaingan bisnis di bidang restoran semakin kompetitif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengalaman wisatawan di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian terdahulu banyak yang melakukan penelitian bagaimana pengaruh makanan, layanan, dan image restaurant terhadap kepuasan seperti peneliti Kisang Ryu, Hyerin Lee, dan Woo Gon Kim (2012), Jay Kandampully, dan Hsin Hui (2007). Pada umumnya kajian – kajian tersebut belum ada yang mengkaitkan secara comprehensive sesuai tema penelitian ini. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksplanatori, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menganalisis hubungan-hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lain atau bagaimana suatu mempengaruhi variabel lain. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi data tamu yang peneliti sebarkan kuesionernya selama 5 bulan terakhir yaitu jumlah atau dari periode bulan Agustus -Desember. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh peneliti adalah 7.954 pelanggan dengan ukuran Sample 381 memakai rumus Slovin.
