The rapid development of information technology and digitalization has formed a specification in the economic field, in the form of a digital creative economy. This economic cluster generally refers to entrepreneurship developed through the use of the internet and digital advancements to create business opportunities with excellence in the value of services and products. In strategic management, the development of technology that is widely adopted in company policy in improving service and product quality is an external element. In addition to having an extraordinary impact on consumption patterns, distribution and production, information technology is now able to become a fundamental instrument as the essence of creating value for products and services. This leads to a paradigm shift in the strategic management perspective, from the perception of technological externalities to internalities in value creation and policy making. This study seeks to identify shifts in the paradigm of the external environment of technology in contemporary business that develops ICT and the internet as the basis for digitalization and virtualization of exchanges of products, services and transactions between business actors. The results show that unlike conventional companies that respond to technological advances need technological advancements as an added value of their products and services, digital entrepreneurship uses technological advancements as a core part of product development and value creation. This study identifies important elements regarding adaptive strategies of external environmental effects in digital entrepreneurship. The results show that the shift in technological externalities to integrated digital entrepreneurship is capable of digitizing the creation of values and opportunities and operating digital-based businesses.
This study aims to determine how much influence the free cash flow on debt policy at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods with quantitative approaches. The data used is PT Indofood's annual financial statement data for 8 years from 2011 to 2018. The statistical test used is calculation, analysis using simple linear regression including the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the free cash flow variable gained a significance value of 0.008, which means that there was an influence of free cash flow on the corporate debt policy of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Conclusion, there is a significant influence and strong relationship with the positive direction of the variable free cash flow (free cash flow) on the debt policy at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Sumber daya manusia bagian terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan, sehingga jika kurang sumber daya manusia maka segala sesuatu yang telah di targetkan perusahaan tidak akan terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan memahami analisis stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Kujang Marinas Utama Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dan asosiatif serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara dan menyebar kuesioner sebagai alat untuk memperoleh data. Sampel yang digunakan 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada analisis stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan
This study aims to determine the effect of halal awareness and advertising effectiveness on purchase intention. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and non-prbability sampling techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using google form to 103 respondents in Sukabumi and data process using IBM SPSS software version 24. The simultaneously and partially halal awareness and advertising effectiveness on purchase intentions had a significant and positive effect on purchase intentions. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 75,727 > 3,08 shows that Fcount is greater than Ftable and the results of the correlation in this study have a very strong value, namely 0,776 it can show that from each variable there is an influence between the halal awareness variable and the effectiveness of advertising on buying interest. The results of the t-test, which is 6.908 > 1.983, show that Tcount is greater than Ttable, so it can be concluded that the halal awareness and advertising effectiveness variables have a significant influence on buying interest.
This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this.
