In 2020, with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, and with the rules of social isolation instituted, the population's routine was transformed. This study aims to prove that there was a change in the quality of life of medical students at ``centro universitário IMEPAC Araguari``, evaluating interpersonal relationships, mental health, within the context of general well-being. Data will be obtained using the Short-form-36 questionnaire (SF-36), thus characterizing a field survey. In which a worsening in the quality of life of university students was verified, mainly in the aspects of mental, emotional and vitality during the pandemic in which they were forced to follow safety measures to contain the virus, in which there was damage to interpersonal relationships and changes in life habits.
