In the globalizing world, businesses are becoming a constantly renewing structures to adapt to the current competitive conditions. In this context, economic and social sustainability becomes an important element for businesses. Businesses need to have high levels of job satisfaction (internal and external job satisfaction) and organizational commitment (emotional continuation and normative commitment) of professionals who play an active role in the accounting information system, which has an extremely important role in business culture. In this context, to analyze the current situation, a study was carried out by applying the survey method to the accounting professionals operating in the TR2A region. As the population mass, 140 professional members operating in the TR2A region were selected and a questionnaire was applied to 108 of them. However, since 98 of them were found to be suitable for analysis, the analyzes were made on 98 questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS 22 statistical package program. As a result of the study, when the job satisfaction and organizational commitment levels of the accountants are high, and the difference analyses made to measure whether there is a difference according to the demographic characteristics of the members of the profession; It has been determined that there is a statistically significant difference between provinces in terms of demographic characteristics (gender, age, education level, professional experience, province of activity) of professional accountants, but there is no significant difference in terms of other characteristics (gender, age, education level, professional experience).
