This study investigates the effects of direct democracy and freedom of the press on constitutional and political awareness. For the data collection, we employed an online questionnaire distributed to 400 college students selected proportionally from six universities in East Java, Indonesia. Further, partial least square (PLS) was used to analyze the obtained data (392 or 90%). Our finding suggested that direct democracy and freedom of the press have significant and immediate effects on constitutional awareness, but they do not affect constitutional awareness. Besides, direct democracy and press freedom significantly and indirectly affect constitutional awareness through political awareness. This finding indicates that the enhancement of society's constitutional awareness can be completed by improving press freedom and the society’s direct democracy and political awareness.
Regarding the implementation of environmental protection and management, notably with regard to non-B3 trash, PP No. 22 of 2021 makes significant changes. Under appendix XIV of PP No. 22 for the year 2022, mining waste in the form of fly ash and bottom ash (FABA) is no longer categorised as hazardous and toxic waste (B3). Although it is recorded with the waste codes N106 for fly ash and N107 for bottom ash, it is still categorised as non-B3 waste. In this case, the government has loosened the regulations by removing coal ash from the B3 waste list rather than strengthening control and levying fines on the management of coal ash from power plants, which would lower the risk of exposure. Many impacts result from the conversion of FABA waste to non-B3 trash. Before PP No. 22 of 2021, FABA was classified as B3 trash, which had stricter waste management standards and procedures. This makes one of them a corporate criminal liability. The government is blamed for not performing adequate oversight, applying the law correctly, and managing environmental contamination that has an impact on public health. As a result, to avoid FABA pollution from lowering environmental quality, current regulations must be reinforced and made more preventative, based on the precautionary principle.
The TWENTY-first century has given rise to considerable technological advances within educational levels, political and economic, however, with the arrival of the pandemic COVID-19, these features have shown a facet of compulsory developthe human. One of the relevant aspects found in the condition of omnicanalidad that has emerged as an instrument of great importance in these times. Therefore, the research has been proposed as the aim of clarifying the influence that has tenidor new strategies in the support institutional in their work with students and teachers in the midst of the pandemic COVID-19 through a model omnicanal The work was addressed from the qualitative approach, we used the method etnometodológico, and the tool of the in-depth interview, which prompted respondents to reflect on events that occurred due to the pandemic COVID-19. The findings showed the development of the category University omnicanal: New strategies to improve the technical support institutional. The document shows us that these strategies are accurate
A documentary review was carried out on the production and publication of research papers related to the study of the variables International Business. The purpose of the bibliometric analysis proposed in this document was to know the main characteristics of the volume of publications registered in the Scopus database during the period 201 7-2021, achieving the identification of 76 publications in total at the Latin American level. The information provided by this platform was organized through graphs and figures categorizing the information by Year of Publication, Country of Origin, Area of Knowledge and Type of Publication. Once these characteristics have been described, the position of different authors towards the proposed theme is referenced through a qualitative analysis. Among the main findings made through this research, it is found that Brazil, with 20 publications, was the country with the highest scientific production registered in the name of authors affiliated with institutions in that country. The Area of Knowledge that made the greatest contribution to the construction of bibliographic material referring to the study of International Business and Export was Business, Administration and Accounting with 35 published documents, and the Type of Publication that was most used during the period indicated above was the Journal Article that represents 89% of the total scientific production.
Through this document, it was possible to analyze the main characteristics of the volume of scientific production regarding the study of the variables Electronic Circuits, Robotics Laboratory in order to know the usefulness of programmable electronic circuits within the activities carried out in robotics laboratories. A bibliometric analysis was proposed to analyze details such as Year of Publication, Country of Origin of the publication, Area of Knowledge in which the published research is carried out and the Type of Publication most frequently used by the authors of each document published in high-impact journals indexed in the Scopus database during the period between 2017 and 2022. Among the main findings, it was possible to determine that, for the execution of the different research methodologies, the report of 16 scientific documents related to the study of Electronic Circuits and Robotics Laboratory was achieved. The maximum number of publications made in a year was 3 documents submitted in 2017 as well as in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The country of origin of the institutions that reported the highest number of records in Scopus, was Italy with 3 documents, the same number presented by authors affiliated with institutions in the United States. The area of knowledge with the greatest influence at the time of executing the research projects that resulted in scientific publications was Engineering, which contributed great theoretical material in a total of 12 publications, followed by Computer Science with 9 documents. Finally, the type of publication most frequently used to publicize findings from the analysis of the aforementioned variables was the Journal Article, which represented 50% of the total scientific production.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
