General Election is a means of implementing the sovereignty of the people in direct, general, free, confidential, honest, and fair manner within the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945. The election has many dynamics, expensive politics, lavish campaign funds for image politics, costly consulting and surveys of winning money, as well as money politics. The disclosure of political parties is highly important in the implementation of the elections due to the many streams of corruption used in the election. As a result, people do not believe in political parties, or some Indonesians are no longer sympathetic to political parties. The idea of a political party's financial transparency regulation should be carefully examined in the Indonesians’ election codification scheme. In the future, Indonesia must have a transparent and accountable campaign or political funding arrangement, along with strong sanctions and binding on the parties involved. Therefore, the people will restore their trust to the political parties, and assure the political parties to channel their aspirations in the granting of rights in the elections.

The Blitar region has tourism potential that can attract visitors both from its natural attractions and historical attractions. Some tourism objects that are worthy of consideration in this area are spread evenly throughout the Blitar district. In this Kademangan area there are several interesting tourist attractions to visit such as Bukit Bunda, Bukit Bonsai, Kampung Coklat and others. In addition there are also interesting historical tours in this area, one of which is the Simping Temple Historical Site in Sumberjati Kademangan village, Blitar Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the history of the establishment of the Simping Temple, to find out the socio-cultural conditions of the community around the Simping Temple Historical Site and to understand the potential of the historical tourism object of the Simping Temple in the Kademangan area. The object of this study was in the village area Sumberjati, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency. The subject of this research is the source of the data requested for information in accordance with the research problem formulation. This research uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach that directly looks at the conditions and phenomena around Simping Temple. Data collection methods used used observation, interviews and documentation studies. This study explains that Simping Temple has potential tourism objects to be developed with the values ​​of local wisdom.

This research aims to find out how the strategy of political campaign was conducted in the selection of village heads to lead public opinion. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The primary Data of the study is interview with informants and observations conducted by researchers. Secondary data is in the form of reports and official documents. The results showed that candidates could implement a good political campaign strategy. The advantage of the political product approach focuses on its products such as notes of the events which done in the past, and personality characteristics before the Pilkades in 2019 was held. The campaign strategy is a direct political marketing strategy to prospective voters and campaign strategies through the group. The strategy of direct political campaigns to prospective voters is done by face to face, and also conducting social activities, one of them is a healthy walking activity. While political marketing is done by through community leaders who are members of the volunteer team from each neighbourhood (RT).

Hand sanitizer (antiseptik tangan) adalah produk kesehatan yang secara instant dapat mematikan kuman tanpa menggunakan air, dapat digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja, misalnya setelah memegang uang, sebelum makan, setelah dari toilet dan setelah membuang sampah. Merebaknya COVID-19 tersebut membuat masyarakat melakukan panicbuying terhadap kebutuhan pokok dan alat kesehatan tak terkecuali masker dan hand sanitizer, sehingga menyebabkan ketersediaan barang tersebut menjadi langka dan mahal. Pelaksanaan program pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yang meliputi sosialisasi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pelatihan pembuatan handsanitizer dengan alat manual telah dilakukan, sehingga warga dapat berkarya menggunakan bahan lainnya. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baik dari tim kelompok maupun warga setempat. Warga mampu membuat handsanitizer berbahan alam yang aman untuk kesehatan.
