The

KPR atau kredit pemilikan rumah dianggap sebagai salah satu solusi yang tepat untuk dapat memiliki rumah di era yang semakin sulit ini. KPR dapat dilakukan baik melalui bank konvensional, bank syariah atau pun tanpa melalui bank. Menurut pengamatan penulis, penelitian mengenai praktik KPR syariah tanpa bank masih relatif sedikit sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah literatur mengenai KPR syariah (Islamic Home Financing) khususnya di negara berkembang berpenduduk mayoritas Muslim. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi saran dan masukan bagi para pebisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang perumahan terutama yang mementingkan aspek kepatuhan pada syariah, para perbankan dan masyarakat pada umumnya.

<p class="Abstract">This paper aims to portray the criteria considered important by Millennials in selecting a café and investigate the gender preference regarding those criteria. The questionnaires were distributed to 100 café visitors. The research results using Rasch analysis showed that ‘comfort’ is generally the most important criterion of a café. Nonetheless, male and female Millennials do not always have a consensus where male Millennials prefer ‘innovativeness’ to other criteria while female Millennials prefer ‘comfort, varied menus, and unique menus’ to others. Other criteria aside from these four criteria are not significantly different among the two groups of gender. This paper gives implication for the culinary businesses in setting strategies targeting the Millennials who are presently the largest population group in Indonesia. This research also benefits any party interested in studying the characteristics and selection criteria of the Indonesian Millennials.</p>

Bandung is one of the halal tourist destinations in Indonesia. With the increasingly rapid growth of cafes and  restaurants, the competition is getting tougher. One of the highlights is whether the café and restaurant are halal certified. This becomes very important because Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic countries in the World. It is proper if halal is the main concern. The business people do not understand and realize the importance of fulfilling the halal standard set by the government. So through this community service will be carried out socialization regarding required halal tourism.   The method used in this study is the Deplat Pastisipatif which is conducting activities in the form of providing counseling and guidance on halal tourism and halal standardization on SMEs in the culinary sector in the city of Bandung, especially the Jatinangor region.   Counseling was carried out by inviting from the tourism , youth and  sport agency and also the MUI. Culinary business begin to understand halal standardization and the importance of having halal certification. There is still a need for assistance to be able to implement halal tourism properly.  

Open government is not just the obligation of government and right of a citizen. It does require not only transparency and participation but also synergy and collaboration of many parties. Collaboration among Academician, Businessmen, Government and Community (ABGC) has been carried out in Bojonegoro Regency through the application of the Open Government Partnership (OGP). As a part of the implementation of open regional government, open government is carried out through intensive communication between the local government and the community. To embody the achievement of the Open Government Partnership, Bojonegoro Regency prepares OGP Action Plan annually. The five main focuses of the OGP action plan are data revolution, strengthening the accountability of village government, increasing transparency of the regional budget system, strengthening the transparency of contract documents for procurement of goods/services, and improvement of the quality of public services. The open governance provides benefits to the communities as they have closer communication with the local government. The absence of partition between the government and the community supporting e-government has encouraged the community's participation in conveying complaints, suggestions, criticisms, and proposals to the government through various means. The management mechanism dealing with complaints and responses submitted to the local government, supported by regulations which become the legal umbrella for openness, makes Bojonegoro become the OGP pilot regency which is equal to other fourteen countries in Asia, Europe, America, and Africa.
