This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

Improving vocabulary mastery of students requires creativity in finding some strategies in order that students are motivated to memorize the vocabulary. This research aimed to use a comic book to improve student's vocabulary mastery through reading comprehension. The researcher focused on the use of Snow White comic book in improving students’ vocabulary mastery. The data were collected by doing tests. The tests were divided into pre-test and post-test to see the students’ ability on their vocabulary mastery before and after the treatment, and a questionnaire was used to see the students’ responses toward the approach. The samples are the students of MAN 2 Montasik Aceh Besar, consisted of 40 students who were divided into experimental class and control class. The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through SPSS Version 22. The result of the hypothesis testing of this research showed that students’ vocabulary mastery was significantly improved. The students’ responses toward the use of comic book to improve their vocabulary mastery were positive and the students showed their interest in reading. Therefore, the use of comic book to improve student's vocabulary mastery through reading comprehension is suggested to be used by teachers to help students in learning and memorizing vocabulary.

This research is entitled "Preaching Value in Saman Gayo Poems" purposed to figure out any kind of preaching value contained in Saman Gayo poems. The researsch used qualitative method and the data are descriptive with documentation and interview approach. The theory used in this reasearch was Hermunistic Theory, in which the interpretation is explained. This theory refers to interpreting a word or a sentence which is difficult to be understood in different languages and the meaning of difficult figurative words. The data analysis method used in this research is on-field analysis, Miles dan Huberman model. This method consists of analyzing the data; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the result, it can be concluded that some preaching values found in Saman Gayo poems as "Ku ini nge sawah hana de salamku, Ini nge mudemu mat jarike mule kite, kite bermat jari". Meaning: Here has arrived, what my greetings, This has met our greetings first, we shake hands. The poem explains that the meaning of greetings contains respect in accordance with the concept of Islam. AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul "Nilai-Nilai Dakwah Dalam Syair Saman Gayo" yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai dakwah apa saja yang terkandung dalam syair seni Saman Gayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data berbentuk deskriptif dengan pendekatan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Hermunistik, dimana teori ini menjelaskan tentang penafsiran. Menafsirkan sebuah kata atau kalimat yang sulit dimengerti arti dari bahasa berbeda yang digunakan dan makna dari kata kiasan yang sulit dipahami. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis selama di lapangan model Miles dan Huberman, dari metode ini terdapat aktivitas dalam analisi data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkian hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa syair dari tari Saman gayo yang mengandung nilai-nilai dakwah seperti "Ku ini nge sawah hana de salamku, Ini nge mudemu mat jarike mule kite, kite bermat jari". Artinya: Ke sini telah tiba, apa gerangan salamku, Ini sudah bertemu bersalamankah kita terlebih dahulu, kita bersalaman. Syair tersebut menjelaskan bahwa makna salam mengandung rasa hormat sesuai dengan konsep islam.

The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts;(3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by selfefficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. One industry that needs attention is Samarinda's woven sarong business. This industry produces liquid waste that is produced from the coloring process using De Congo Red which is an organic dye. Discussing the business of Samarinda's woven sarong industry discharges its waste directly into the Mahakam River around the house or weaving location which will cause a harmful impact on the environment. The main process in this research is adsorption with active bentonite to determine differences in activated bentonite particles in the adsorption process. The performance of the adsorption process through the parameters of BOD, COD, TSS and, pH of the liquid waste. The adsorption process was carried out by mixing active bentonite and Samarinda waste woven gloves with 0.25 grams: 1 mL. The mixture is then stirred for 1 hour at a rotational speed of 468 rpm. The size of the active bentonite was varied by 210, 230, 270, 310, 330, 370 and 400 mesh. The results of this study have proven that active bentonite has 400 mesh more than the BOD, COD, TSS and pH values according to the standard requirements according to the Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan No. 26/2002. Also involved were 34.5 mg / L, 64 mg / L, 168 mg / L and pH 8.
