The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of placement, career development and self-actualization on employee performance at Bapelitbang Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study were all 51 employees of Bapelitbang Regency of Fifty Cities. Data processing in this study will use smart PLS software. The results showed that work placement had no significant effect on performance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Bapelitbang Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota yang berjumlah 51 orang. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan Software smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh significan terhadap kinerja.
