Patient safety has been recognized as an issue of global importance over the last 10 years. Unsafe primary and outpatient care results in greater morbidity, higher use of health services, and economic costs. All medical procedures against patients have their own risks. Of course, there is no single health worker or doctor who wants his patient to experience unwanted risks. Therefore, patient safety must be prioritized in every medical treatment by reporting Patient Accident Incidents (IKP), especially primary services or Public Health Center. Patient safety is an important key for every health facility. COMMUNITY SERVICE activities are carried out at UPT Public Health Center Bajoe Kel. Bajoe district. Tanete Riattang Timr Kab. Bones. Aims to explore the perception of Public Health Center officers on IKP and their reporting as well as increase knowledge about the types of IKP and their reporting. The results obtained from this Community Service are that the health officer understands the types of IKP and their reporting and understands the importance of policies and SOPs related to IKP reporting in primary health facilities such as Public Health Center.
Pendahuluan : Selama dua tahun terakhir ini RSUD Tenriawaru Kelas B Kabupaten Bone mengalami peningkatan jumlah pasien yang dibuktikan dengan Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), hal ini membuat beban kerja para perawat semakin bertambah, semakin bertambahnya beban para perawat semakin bertambah tingkat kelelahan yang dirasakan perawat dan jika hal ini terus berlanjut akan terjadi penurunan produktivitas kerja dan dapat memicu terjadinya stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara beban kerja dan stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada perawat RSUD Tenriawaru Kelas B Kabupaten Bone Tahun 2018. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian observasional analitik, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional, dan mengambil 65 perawat untuk menjadi responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik dengan tujuan atau pertimbangan tertentu yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi hasil kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitasnya. Uji statistik yang di gunakan yaitu uji univariat dan bivariat. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang merasakan kelelahan tinggi sebanyak 43,1%. Perawat dengan beban kerja sedang sebanyak 61,5%. Pembahasan : Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p = 0,001).

Method study this is descriptive qualitative and use tool study form guidelines Interview and sheet observation. Interview conducted with Director HOSPITAL Tenriawaru Bone Regency, Secretary Committee quality, Nurse executor and Staff Safety patient . Results study show that identification patient and application security drug (high alerts) permanent walk, however not yet fully in accordance with regulation PMK 1691/MENKES/PER/VII/2011. Thing this caused by source power man which no sufficient, lack of training head room , Disobedient to instructions SOUP which has determined , noncommitment head room, and lateness delivery report safety patient to KMKP. Suggestion from study this is Activation officer TKPRS in ward house sick , maintenance training routine , monitoring obedience to SOUP related identification patient and monitoring security drug through videos surveillance and questionnaire patient for evaluation nurse, and waiver inspection patient must improved. Background: Patient safety is a system implemented in hospitals with the aim of providing patient comfort in the treatment process. One of the effective communication methods is using the Situation Background Assessment Recommendation (SBAR) approach, this communication method is used when nurses carry out handovers to achieve critical thinking skills and save time during the treatment process. The SBAR approach has proven to be an effective communication tool in acute and urgent patient care settings. This review aims to find effective communication methods to reduce or reduce the number of patient safety incidents, improve service quality and improve the quality of nursing care. Purpose: To find out the relationship between the use of the SBAR effective communication method and the implementation of handovers on patient safety. Methods: Using a Literature review research design with the journal search method using the Google Scholar and Elsevier databases. Results: Researchers found 13 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the literature review show that effective communication using the SBAR approach can reduce errors in communication between health workers and health workers with patients so as to prevent unwanted events. Therefore, effective communication with the SBAR approach can also improve the quality of hospital services and increase patient satisfaction and effective SBAR communication plays an important role in the implementation of handover of patient safety. Conclusion: The results of a systematic literature review show that there is a relationship between the use of the effective SBAR communication method and the implementation of handovers on patient safety and the effective communication method with the SBAR approach is expected to become a communication method that can improve service quality, reduce patient safety incidents and prevent the occurrence of unwanted events, and can affect patient satisfaction and nurse loyalty.
