Introduction: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is one of the most common psychiatric disorders found among victims of disaster, kidnapping, accidents, sexual assaults and war in Indonesia. However, lacking and unequal distribution of psychiatric medical personnel remains a barrier to its management. This review aims to introduce and evaluate the potential contribution of telepsychiatry to the management of PTSD based on published literature. Methods: Original studies were obtained from PubMed, Science Direct, ProQuest, High Wire, and Elsevier Clinical Key databases. Results: A total of 125 articles were found, of which 15 articles (12 randomized controlled trials, 2 open trials and 1 pilot study) fulfilled the inclusion criteria. A total of 991 subjects were found with a follow-up period ranging between 5 weeks and 18 months. Telepsychiatry is an innovative use of technology to aid the delivery of PTSD treatments in areas difficult to reach. The quality of care given by telepsychiatry both through video conferencing as well as web-and application-based is comparable to that of face-to-face therapy. Patient satisfaction, quality of doctor-patient relationship also remains high, with lower costs and shorter therapeutic time when compared to face-to-face therapy. Conclusion: Various studies have shown that telepsychiatry is an effective solution for the management of PTSD. Studies have also reported that the quality of treatment through telepsychiatry is as effective as face-to-face therapy, with greater efficiency. Countries, especially those with a low patient-to-mental health professional ratio, should be encouraged to develop telepsychiatry systems to manage PTSD.
This research is about liquid organic fertilizer made from papaya (Carica papaya L.). The aim is to study the proper dosage of liquid fertilizer for caisim mustard (Brassica juncea L.) which is carried out in April to May 2020 in the yard in Surya Adi Village, Mesuji District, OKI Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research uses a completely randomized design method (CRD), namely the administration of liquid papaya fruit fertilizer consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0 (without liquid organic fertilizer, as a control), P1 (150ml liquid organic fertilizer), P2 (200ml organic fertilizer liquid), P3 (250ml liquid organic fertilizer), P4 (300ml liquid organic fertilizer). The results showed that the response of Caisim mustard growth to the application of liquid papaya organic fertilizer in P3 treatment (250 ml liquid organic fertilizer) produced the highest average value of 39.6 cm, 15 leaves and 15.6 grams , while the lowest average value is the P0 treatment (without the provision of liquid organic fertilizer / control) that is equal to 34.5 cm, the number of leaves is 10.6 strands, and the wet weight is 85.2 gr.

It is hoped that the use of coconut fruit is not only sold in the form of unprocessed fruit but coconut fruit can be processed into pure oil or Virgin Coconut Oil and can be developed more broadly through village entrepreneurship programs so as to increase people's income, especially the people of Gunung Megang Village.
This study aims to determine the media suitable for growth and propagation of Trichoderma sp. Trichoderma sp is a fungus that can be used as a biological agent against plant pathogens while improving the growth and development of plants. The study was prepared based on a complete randomized design pattern (RAL) consisting of six treatments and each treatment was repeated four times. The tested treatments were Media PDA (M1), rice medium (M2), corn medium (M3), green bean medium (M4), sawdust media (M5), and bran medium (M6). The parameters observed in this study are two, namely the diameter of colony growth and conidia density. Initial isolates of Trichoderma sp were used 8.5x10 6 conidia/mg. The results showed the multiplication of Trichoderma sp on various media have an effect on to growth of diameter and density of Trichoderma sp colony. Trichoderma sp can grow on all treatment mediums. Media bran is the highest medium density conidia than other media.
