The new era of marketing adds an alternative shopping place for consumers where currently online shopping and offline shopping are present. So consumers must choose a shopping choice of the two alternatives. This makes the marketer need to map out what variables or factors from the demographic that make the consumer choose one of the available shopping places. This study looks at how consumers decide where to shop viewed from the consumer demographic factors. The population of this study is consumers of offline and online retail fashion products, of which the number is unknown, so the sample in this study uses non-probability of 130 respondents in DKI Jakarta. With SPSS analysis tools and discriminant analysis aids used, the results of this study indicate that the factors of education and employing consumers determine consumers to choose shopping at one shopping place. The key to successful marketers must focus on attracting the right consumers with the right way that is appropriate with the consumer's shopping behavior.Keywords: Consumer decisions, Demographics, Discriminant analysis

This research was conducted to test the model of strategic human resource management as a competitive advantage in the construction industry specially to identify factors related to achieving competitive advantage in this industry. The empirical data were drawn from 174 construction companies in Indonesia using questionnaire method. Structural Equation Modeling techniques was used to analyze the conceptualized relationship model. The empirical results reveal that competitive advantage in the construction industry in Indonesia could be achieved through human resource management practices to build and improve a safety culture which would increase employee productivity. Companies must integrate human resource management practices with safety culture as a priority strategy of the company since based on empirical result, safety culture can be a source of competitive advantage for construction companies in Indonesia. Future studies can use these strategic human resource management models in different industry sectors by adding a number of samples so that the results could be generalized.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship of role models, determination, and discipline, on establishment of top management vision. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data was collected directly from 50 respondents who are Branch Managers at BTPN in Indonesia, using a questionnaire. The method of analysis used in this research is single linear regression and multiple regression. The results show that role models, determination, and diciplines have a positive relationship on top management vision. This means that variation i n t h e top management vision (Y) can be explained by the three independent variables being, the role models (X 1), the determination (X 2), and the diciplines (X 3). The results of the t test showed that all three independent variables have a positive and significant relationship on top management vision. Determination to occupy the highest positions, compared to role models and disciplines, has a very strong relationship with top management vision.

This study is analyzing dominant aspects that affect the quality of software-based project development from the point of view of project management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the business process and Go Project Lean (GPL) application on the quality of information technology project management. The research using a quantitative approach by conducting a survey as the research technique. Questionnaires were using the Likert Scale and developed based on the indicators of variables. The population of this study is the users of the GPL application which are the Sales Division, Project Management Office Division, and Application Development Division of PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method and the hypothesis tested using the T-test. The results showed that the influence of business process and GPL Application is very strong and significant to the quality of IT project management. The implication of these findings caused by one of the dimensions which are no investment feasibility analysis calculation application that affects on-time delivery.
